Would give negative Stars if I could. Went to this location today inside at the counter ordered an iced macchiato with skim and vanilla bean swirl. One sip and instantly knew something was wrong. Went back in and told them this tasted like no espresso drink I have ever had I didn't think there was even espresso in it and maybe they made a mistake and made it with matcha or something ask for a remake. So far no issue as I work in customer service and understand that mistakes happen and they were happy to remake it for me. Upon receiving the remade drink took a sip and realized it tasted exactly the same look in and notice milk separating in my drink and then it hit me sour milk was the problem with both drinks the whole time. Go back in and notify what I assumed to be the manager on duty to which their reply was the milk can't possibly be bad today's the last date I can use it and we don't have anymore. Asked if they could remake my macchiato again. My answer was if you don't have any fresh milk it's going to be the same thing why would you offer another remake? If you're just going to make me a new drink with bad milk I don't want anything here I'm all set. No attempt made to make things right with a refund. Read moreDrive thru, ordered 3 items, drove up & paid with my DD app. Waited a few minutes. I see my order sitting there. Two employees walking around, back & forth. They saw my order, they saw me and at least 4 times ignored me or even stopped to give me my order. I honked my horn a little bit, still being ignored. Finally one employee actually walked up to the window but then started to walk away, so I honked my horn louder. She opened the window and looked at me, like what did I want. I asked her if I could get my order as I see it right there. Then she asks me if I had cashed out yet. I says yes, I paid on my app. She then hands me my 3 drinks, no straws, closes the window. No sorry or anything. Now the other employee that saw my order and ignored me twice is the one that scanned my app to pay. So he knew I had paid. Read moreThe only good service I got was from the manager. She was very helpful and apologetic. I went inside to by coffee. I went to the register and was blocked. I asked if that was open. They told me drive thru only. I didn’t have a car so I went in drive thru waited between the cars and when my turn came I started ordering. The girl told me I should go inside. So I was mad after waiting in line outside. Anyway I go inside and I told her I was just here you told me go in drive thru. She said ; “ you asked if the register was open you didn’t ask if you wanted anything “. Not sure why a costumer goes to a Dunkin’ Donuts to the register to ask if it’s open or not ?
