Came here for a Stray Kids event after their Chicago concert and was very disappointed with the service quality. I work at a boba shop in another state and this type of behavior towards customers would put most shops not in a wealthy area out of business. I was excited to try the chai after looking at their website, but when I tried to order, the girl working the register said that they can't do the chai iced (the website says that they can do iced for one of the varieties). This is fine, but when I tried to order food it felt like playing 20 questions. Don't just say that a flavor isn't available if none of the options are available. It felt very frustrating to ask about multiple flavors and get a minimal answer. She only said that they didn't have any of the options after I specifically asked what flavors are actually available. It is also very deceptive to have unavailable food still visible in the display case. Why is it on display to customers if you don't have it? Also, the hot chai was way too hot. I waited 10 minutes to try drinking it and still burned my whole mouth. The lid wasn't on well either and I ended up burning my hand. It was painful to carry the drink around because the drink was so hot and there was no hot sleeve for the drink. The employees were also actively joking around while customers were ordering (even the girl working the register). This is so unprofessional and shows that you do not care at all about the customers. I might have been less critical if I wasn't also a customer service worker, but I was so taken aback by the lack of professionalism.
I will say, once I was able to drink the chai (after nearly an hour), it was definitely high quality and authentic. It was personally not to my taste, but that is just personal preference. I went back to get a Thai tea with coffee jelly later, and the drink was perfectly fine. I don't think the employees listen to sugar options, as I got my Thai tea less sweet and it was still very very sweet. Either the employees need to pay more attention to the sugar level or the recipe needs to be adjusted to be less sweet. Just a warning to anyone that the Dubai chocolate was very expensive ($15 for a small bar), but it tasted good. If price isn't an issue for you, then it is fine. The guy who took my order the second time was fine and there was no issue, but the wait time was very long and the employees were just talking while not working on the drinks.

Read moreAfter seeing lots of ads on my instagram for this place that looked really good I was very excited to finally go try this place out. Walking in my first thing I noticed was that the employees behind the desk immediately starting staring at my friends and I and didn’t stop. After we ordered out drinks we saw them behind the desk making them questioning each other if they were making them right and when they saw we were watching they bend down below the counter and tried one of the drinks. We got our drinks and sat down and noticed that the tops of the tables were clean but the sides were extremely dirty. Our drinks looked pretty but after trying them we didn’t feel so good about them anymore they barely had any flavor and for the price we paid it was very disappointing not to mention the prices online do not match the ones in store. The drinks were all mostly ice and for the price you are paying that should not be the case. My friends and I love boba and have been to lots of places trying new things but this is by far the worst experience we have had with a place. With the prices, treatment from the staff, cleanliness of the environment how uncomfortable we felt in the environment and overall just how uncomfortable we were in the place and not to mention how our drinks tasted I can easily say this is a place you should check off your list before even taking a step into the doors. Every other place around is a lot more affordable and friendly. When you go to a place the staff shouldn’t be laughing and talking about you for most of the time you are there. Extremely disappointed and if I could’ve given 0 stars I would. Some big changes need to be made with this business or soon enough they will be out of...
Read moreLove trying new spots and this one definitely isn’t a favorite. This place is Instagram worthy. Great place to take pics and chill. When you walk in you’ll see. The two guys passed the vibe check with some customer service, smiles and definitely helped by saying their favorite. Unfortunately that’s all the good I can say. First the food , we ordered a bubble waffle that was burnt. I found it strange it came just in a cup. So I asked what normally comes on it and the young girl said powdered sugar and chocolate. Ours was plain with nothing on it. So consistency is definitely not there. The drink I ordered was a cappuccino with chocolate and somehow it came iced. Can’t explain why. The ladies seemed bothered when I asked for it hot. They both kinda acted snobbish even took pictures of us for whatever reason. Those same ladies were sitting there as we walked in so we thought they were customers. When they came to make drinks we were a bit surprised. My daughter purchased a Oreo frappe. Looked great but but unfortunately tasted watered down , no flavor and again JUST picture worthy. For the money I spent I could have went to another coffee place and got better quality food, flavorful coffee, consistency and not received the judgmental looks from the two girl who looked like they could be extras of mean girls. Also I’d like to add the fruit flies really turned me off on ordering the original drink I was gonna order. After seeing how they washed the blender I’m glad I didn’t. I see why they were pretty empty when we came. FYI the fake bots who gave reviews says it all. They need fake reviews for people to try this...
