In a nutshell, some good items but is surely high priced ,worst customer experience and customers are offered discounts for writing google reviews. The owner wouldn't allow to me try on some of the clothes that I liked claiming that no one in the area does that. She specifically mentioned one local boutique and luckily I has visited the same boutique two days ago. Over there, the owner kept offering suggestions and let me try on 7 items. I mentioned this instance to the owner and she then doubled down on her earlier statement. I was then allowed to try most items but was made to feel like I shouldn't waste her time if I wasn't committed to buying it that same moment. I got a free lecture on how too many options in today's market leaves one indecisive and that one must make a purchase the instant one likes anything without bothering about what else is in the market. Who needs to hear this in a store? Porsche dealership has no issues someone test driving their luxury cars which are priced beyond 100k and here was this store owner not wanting a potential buyer to try on 300$ garments? One of the local Indian restaurant owners around confirmed that the owner literally psyches you out instead of making one return to the store. Apparently she had made it known to her employees that it would be a waste of time if they spend time on a customer who has entered the store and not liked anything in the first 5-10 minutes of having entered the store. How do I know that customers are offered discounts for writing google reviews? I was in the dressing room when one of her existing customers was bargaining for discounts and the owner told her that she would get a $10 discount if she writes a favorable google review. Lord knows the owner could use some counseling therapy, else soon she would have a store full of her precious garments and not enough customers. The lady in this store gives the worst service and her awful attitude on the planet. First they push you to try stuff and if you don’t like it after trying out, they push hard on their overpriced material and start treating like garbage. They take your pictures when you try any clothing and store in their ipad without your permission. If the store policy is ‘buy it if you try it’ then it should be written clearly or mentioned clearly to the clients before we give our time and energy in trying. No manners and loud voice. IF YOU NEED TO BE TREATED NICE AND AS A HUMAN AVOID THIS STORE. If only google had negative stars to give.

Update: response to my initial review’s comment by the business - I 100% support small businesses and want them to thrive. But I expect sober if not the best customer service from those businesses. The review is not at all hatred but reaction to the lady’s unjustified action as a store member representing a business. If one has audacity to behave rudely they should have the capacity to hear the feedback. Your response to my review doesn’t come as welcoming feedback at all. As a note though, I did call out the unmannered behavior and loud voices right there when we were in the store a few times but the lady just ignored and continued to yell. No one atleast not me have time to roam and pretend to show a small store person my intention to buy. Very poor experience at this store. Arti the owner told me there was a limit to trying on dresses due to COVID restrictions - in a store where no one was wearing masks. I'm a physician by the way so this makes absolutely no sense. It later came out that she felt that the dresses I was looking at were too expensive and she didn't think I was a serious buyer and thats why she made up the limit on number of dresses I could try on. I did end up buying two of her very overpriced outfits because I have a wedding to attend very soon. I had ordered an outfit on etsy but I was worried about the delivery times. However, the gown is just as beautiful for less (less than 3xs the price). Overpriced, rude owner.
