I have visited this location almost three times and i do love to see that they have another location but overall the service and food is not living up to the expectations as they do at the Lombard location.

On my every visit i had different experiences and issues with their service. First time i had ordered the classic with extra patty and for some reason the patty was not cooked to perfection it did not had the char that comes on when you smash. Second time when I order a big bird with cheese they forgot to add the cheese completely and when I told them they came and said it got mixed with the sauce also rather making the burger from scratch again they took the food back inside and put a new slice of cheese on it and brought it back. The third time i had a ordered a classic slider without cheese and they added cheese and forgot to put the sauce, again they took the food back and after 5 minutes they brought the same food back and removed the cheese which was still sticking on the patty. Also the third visit the assembly of the burger was not nice as we also order big bird with jalapeños for which you charge and put only 4 slices of grilled jalapeños which would only cover one half of the burger.

You guys really need to learn customer service if you mess up the order then you better make the food from scratch again or have the courtesy to ask the person if they want it to be made from scratch.

The pricing you are charging is not below average and you need to have some decency that once the food has been served you would not take it back inside the kitchen. Consistently you guys have the tendency to mess the order up. Hope this gets...

The chicken sandwich was EVERYTHING! The combination of flavors went so well together and combined very nicely on the pallet. The sandwich was the saving grace for this experience. I'm not sure if we caught them on a bad day or what... but you can see the potential. It just wasn't all working together on this day. The dining area had not been attended to, so we had to choose the table that was the least dirty of them all. Once we ordered, it took a while for the food to come out. They brought out my complete order first, but only my friend's sandwich. It was obvious that I got the remaining fries in the bin, and his fries were being cooked fresh. However, my fries were cold and hard, and his sandwich was getting cold as he awaited his fries. I went back up to the counter to ask for fresh fries, and the guy working the register didn't return for approximately seven minutes (despite other customers who'd walked in and my saying "hello" loudly multiple times). You could see several employees standing around talking through the crack in the door, but none of them were paying attention to the front counter. Once he finally returned, he was happy to replace the fries, but we had to wait longer. I'm not certain what was taking so long to cook shoestring fries, but it took a while. This did explain why the fries were hard, though. They could stand to come out of the grease a few minutes sooner. I would give them another try as I think this was just a bad day. My rating would have been higher, but the chicken sandwich alone couldn't bump the overall experience to anything above...
