Dunkin' — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Honestly this new Dunkin is super nice and clean but the customer service is awful. I ran into 3 incidents where I wasn’t happy & u rarely write reviews but the men who work here are so rude. They sent coupons in the mail. This is the second time I ran into rude customer service skills. I’m trying to you a coupon I just cut from home and the lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing she said they don’t accept the coupons here even though the address is on the bottom of the coupon. Then the rude man tries to scan it and says it’s already used? I’m like how if I just cut them. He likes it’s been used maam you need to pay. I politely decline and ask if they are sending out coupons that are already being used and he doesn’t say much. The 3rd time is today. I ordered a few drinks for the family all lattes and I thought I grabbed the coupon that said $3 latte but I grabbed the $2 iced coffee one by mistake. He grabs the coupon and I asked if it worked. He said yes take my card then proceeds to tell me that I didn’t order a coffee so it didn’t work. I politely told him that he should’ve said something before he took my payment bc that’s extremely unprofessional. He said maam it’s ok it’s just $2. Idc if it’s $1 $2 etc. it’s ab the principal of things you saw it didn’t go thru after you said it did then processed my payment?? This is such a convenient location that’s for sure, but I’m disappointed 1 they don’t know how to make the drinks correctly. I thought it was just 1 or 2, but this is all the time I don’t know if they are cheaping out on the ingredients or what. I’ve tried several different drinks and they all come out just tasting like they over pour the coffee and hardly don’t put enough milk, cream or flavor. The worst thing is they really give you less in a cup I mean, even with the whip cream I should have a full cup, but the drink start way below the rim. I went to this location to order a simple ice latte with 2% milk. The Indian lady who took my order didn't understand me and she put 1% milk inside instead. I asked her kindly to make me a new drink. She argued with me over the drive thru. She went back with my drink and just added more milk. After I thought she made me a new drink. Within 1 hour I got diarrhea from the drink.
