Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Between me and my husband's creative discussions over which style is better, Chicago or NY, we decided on neutral ground: Detroit-style pizza. A few minutes from where we stay, we ordered ahead of time and twenty minutes later, we rolled up to their store. Among a few other stores, it was nice to see they that their own parking lot. When you walk in, don't expect to see a lot of tables; it's more of a pick up your food and go type of place. We ended up getting two pies: one Detroit-Style Deep Dish pepperoni and the Jet 10. The Jet 10 had pepperoni, ham, hamburger, Italian sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers & black olives. It was beautiful. Pizza preferences can be very personal but I liked how in every bit you got a little bit of everything. The crust was similar to a Pizza Hut crust; it was thing, soft on the inside with a beautiful crust on the outside. If we had to order one thing again, it would definitely be the Jet 10. I didn't care much for the Detroit-Style Deep Dish; it wasn't anything fascinating. Other than the shape, there was nothing special about it. I wish there was more sauce to off-set the dryness of the crust. I won't be ordering this one again. Don't forget to flavor your crust for free. It's not something they mention on the phone but you do have the following options: butter, poppy seed, parmesan, garlic, sesame seed, cajun, romano and Jet's...

Been ordering from here for over a year. Never had a problem with delivery. Until today. They take my order as usual, payment and all. Even confirmed the address. Then they call me 20 minutes later to tell me that I am no longer in their delivery window. Funny, that wasn't an issue last week. Or any of the previous orders. And to top it off, they were extremely rude about it and flat out hung up on me after I told them to cancel my order. Which is odd, bc that's basically what they called me for... to tell me they were going to cancel my order (and yet still hold my payment for 2-3 days).

Called the other Jet's location, which is ironically even further away from me than this one. The lady there gladly took my order and even apologized for this location's behavior. You might want take lessons from them on how to run your...

My job orders from here all the time. I was offered a slice and it was pretty good. So today it being my first time, I called ahead to see if they sell by the slice since another place I had went to just closed. I asked if pepperoni was available, they said yes. I arrive 5 mins later. I ordered once slice. Paid with $20. I got back $10.99. The cashier disappeared after giving me my change and I went unnoticed until my food came with receipt. I was charged for 2 slice. Ok fine. But i was still owed $5. I waited another 5 mins and flagged 2 people to no avail. Finally I knocked on a window and the cashier came around. I showed her change given and receipt. She hesitated and then gave me $5 and disappeared again. Pizza was cold 😒😒. I just microwaved it before writing this review. They do wear hair nets and hats. ...
