This location used to be better than the one at Golf and Roselle in Hoffman Estates but something has happened. In the last month the drive through has gotten extremely slow. They have run out of chocolate Frostys. They are messing up the orders more and more. There have been at least 3 times I have ordered a vanilla Frosty (jr size for my dogs) and I get home and itâs chocolate instead. Tonight I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a jr Frosty. I got home and looked in the bag and there were no fries. I called the location right away to get a coupon sent to me for free small fries. The person who answered the phone barely spoke English and couldnât understand what I wanted. She did put someone else on the phone. He asked if I had a receipt which they donât usually give out so I didnât. I finally just told him that I wouldnât be coming there anymore because their service is so terrible. Why have they gotten so bad and why canât I get a coupon for free...
   Read moreQuality of food and service has gone way down since last August. Used to come here regularly until the quality dropped to the floor towards the end of the month. Food is almost always poor quality, orders are wrong, and staff is rude. There was this worker around that time that always made sure the food was perfect but he must've quit and I don't blame him. On occasion he'd bring out orders even in the worst weather conditions, rain or snow, and always make sure it was correct before heading back into the store. One time, I had been parked because the store was busy and it was snowing pretty badly. The guy came out without a coat to bring me my food and made sure I had no issues when I told him they had forgotten some napkins. Without a second beat, he ran back inside, got me napkins, and asked if there was anything else I needed. Wonderful employee but haven't seen or heard of him since.    Read moreI am one who doesn't usually go into Wendy's and sit down but, tonight I did!! when I walked in there were absolutely no customers in the building.there was an employee who turned around looked at me did not speak.. did not alert anyone else that I was at the front counter... then here comes Kyle!!!! after about a minute of waiting he was picking up something to do something... he then saw and acknowledged me and totally had the best customer service ever!!! he was very professional he went over and Beyond to make sure that my order was right. I was satisfied and even as I sat down to eat he came by to ask if I needed anything. I could definitely see Kyle being a manager in the future!!!the actual manager that was there did not even speak to me... I wanted Kyle to be recognized for his EXCELLENT customer service. on a scale from 1 to 10 he is a 20. I will visit this location again ONLY...
