Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Schertz

I would give zero stars if I could, but I can't everyone. Anyway, I went to Little Cesar's at 3821 Roy Richard Dr. in Schertz on Thursday night, and had the worst experience ever. First and foremost, there were zero hot and ready pizzas to go. Then, i ordered a five-meat pizza and waited. 10 minutes passes and another customer comes in to order a pizza. At the 20 minute mark for me and the 10 minute mark for this customer, she was told her pizza was ready, to which I then replied, 'Hey, I've been here for 20 minutes and ordered a pizza 10 minutes before this person ever walked in the door. At that point, the cashier asks the cook in the back about my pizza to which she replied, oops, I forgot to put it in the oven. At that point I requested a manager who was already aware of the problem by the time he came to the counter. This young manager (20 or so) never apologized or offered to fix their mistake. At this point, i asked for his boss and ironically, the GM was on site, though he was also approximately 20. At this point, I informed the G of what had transpired to which he replied only, I understand. No apology, no offer for a refund or to make the food that had been forgotten. At this point i asked/demanded for my money back and the GM said, 'sure'. I will never ever go to this Little Cesar's ever again and I highly implore anyone in the Schertz/Cibolo are that is thinking of going to this location to reconsider. The employees were clearly inexperienced while lacking in good old fashioned common sense and any courtesy whatsoever. I'm waiting to hear back from corporate....but I'm no holding my breath. PLEASE DO NOT go to this location. That is all....

I had the WORST experience with this location yesterday unfortunately. I called at 1:00 pm to place my order for 10 hot and ready pizzas to be picked up by 4:00 pm, the man took my order and even told me my order total. Fast forward to my husband going to pick up the pizza for our baby’s party and they said THERE IS NO ORDER IN THE SYSTEM! Our guests had to wait over 2 hours for the pizza at our party, that is so ridiculous! I called the location while my husband was sitting waiting for the pizza to barely be made and spoke with a mediocre manager. I told him I have it in my phone log when I called and placed the order and can show the duration of the phone call for further proof, why would I lie? Not a single apology or discount offered for the horrible customer service! I told him I wanted to speak with the general manager since he said he couldn’t discount my order and charged my husband the full amount still. I will NEVER return to this location and do not recommend it. I guess this is what you get when you choose such a cheap option such as Little Caesar’s, mind you we only ever usually buy...

I walked in this store to purchase a pizza . And the screen was flashing and I couldn't see what pizza I want it. And the employee asked me if I was ready and i told him and showed him the screen flashing back and forth not letting me see what I wanted. This guy name Dan well he didn't have a name tag but i asked him for his name . was very rude did not have customer service at all . There is more to the store I'll But leave it as is . I requested to speak to a manager and Robert came I i told him all the incident that happened with there employee and Robert was asome took the time to listen and fix the atmosphere. Thank manager Robert for fixing the incident with ur employee but this guy needs how to attended customer in a polite manner. Just remembered we all have a job because off our customers. I have never had a problem in this store until tonight. All off there employees are very nice...
