On The Grind — Restaurant in Schertz

Friendly and quick customer service. Excited to try On the Grind for the first time. I got the Mexican Mocha. It was too sweet for my taste but probably liked by others so I would have given the restaurant and my first time coffee experience 5 stars EXCEPT the coffee lid and paper cup smelled strongly of a cleaning product. I even thought my coffee might have also taken on some of the cleaner taste however I do know that our nose can trick our taste buds so I can't actually say the coffee tasted like cleaner HOWEVER the cup should not be stored in an area where the air and paper products can take on that strong smell. It completely ruined the coffee drinking experience and I will be hesitant to try OTG again but perhaps a different location uses a different and less strong cleaner product or stores the cups away from the smell. A manager should look into this for sure. For $6 coffee, I don't expect it to smell like...

This is easily the best drive-thru coffee spot around! The service is always fast and friendly, and the team genuinely makes an effort to brighten your day. The coffee is consistently excellent—smooth, rich, and always made just the way I like it. I love how convenient it is to grab my favorite drink on the go without sacrificing quality. They even remember my usual order, which is such a nice touch. Whether I’m heading to work or running errands, this place is a must-stop....

Good coffee. It was a delight to hit this place up when it opened. But whoever is hiring these unfriendly rags, lately, that take one look at you and despise the fact that they have to serve you, needs to wake up. Customer service is paramount.... There are places out there, still, who train their members to be courteous to everybody. Not just who they like. There's a new coffee shop on Schertz Parkway we'll be trying out next time. It's been too much, and we're done with...
