Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Schertz

I ordered my family dinner and I scheduled the delivery time for 1830 because that is when my wife gets home. I am out of country at the moment. My wife has plenty going on right now and I just wanted to help out with at least a pizza. I placed my order and was charged. I received a confimation and was under the assumption that my order would be taken care of. 1900 roll around and there is still no order. I call the store to simply ask if my order will be ready soon respectfully. I was then told that I did not have an order after giving the phone number. I then asked if the confirmation would suffice. Who ever was on the phone told me that doesnt mean anything... so I get charged and have a recipt and some how im wrong. She asked if I had the right store and I proceeded to read off the address on my confimation. Once I confirmed the store. She then told me that she had no drivers so the order was probably picked up by door dash. I then asked, if there was no order in the system how can it be picked up? She then put me on hold to call her manager. From what I was told, the manager said there was nothing they could do for me and basically im on my own... I am not sure where customer service went wrong, but there is none at this store. This is my last encounter with this pizza hut. Just a heads up for anyone...

Awesome job on my order. About two weekends ago, we ordered the big dinner box with the wings . They did the pizzas just the way we wanted them , and the wings were pretty tasty. Not to mention, the young lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. Way to go, Pizza Hut . Kuddos to you!! Never mind this review I did three months ago. On September 23 , I ordered a big dinner box . Well I was told the order would take 30 - 40 minutes, so after an hour goes by, I called to the store . A gentleman answered the phone, when I asked about my order, he was entirely unprofessional. He said the driver left 25 minutes ago. So I told him the time I was told and that I lived only 7 minutes away. He's response was , " well maybe he got into an accident " . And didn't much else. Well finally the driver arrived, and also wasn't professional at all . I asked him what happened, and he didn't give an answer. I went ahead and thanked him, his response was, " yeah " . And walked away. If I could, I would take back the 5 dollar tip I asked to add to the payment. You definitely lost a customer for life. So my previous positive experience, is now a negative experience. Way to go on the...

This Pizza Hut went above and beyond to ensure my extremely low expectations were satisfied. From the inconvenienced and abrupt customer service representative that took my order to the hour long wait for my dinner box, my dismal Pizza Hut experience was exactly what I should have expected. This "restaurant" is an appalling 5 minutes from my home, meaning the cook time for my overwhelming dinner box consisting of two pizzas, an order of wings, and an order of bread sticks took somewhere around 45 minutes to cook (allowing for 10 minutes of miscellaneous time). One would expect that this would mean my pizza would show up excruciatingly hot but, much to my satisfaction, it showed up just barely freezing. Was the roof of my mouth relieved or what?!!? It is understandable, though, because I'm sure the dinner rush at 6:45 PM on a Wednesday night is one that would test even the most formidable of food service experts. Well, if you're reading this far, you'd probably like to know whether or not I would recommend this Pizza Hut to you for your meal. If your thing is getting poor service and a horrible product for what you're paying, then PLEASE order from this Pizza Hut. You'll only be as disappointed as you...
