Arby's — Restaurant in Schofield

Terrible terrible service. Had a big order so I placed an online order for future pick up. Went to go pick up later than the reserved time and the order wasn’t even ready. The girl at the register clearly didn’t want anything to do with the customers as me and another couple were waiting to be waited on as she paced back and forth avoiding eye contact. Finally got my order and was missing half of it, when I politely addressed the issue both the drive thru lady and the register girl m, both of them rolled their eyes and did not even apologize, they stuffed my missing items in a bag jammed it on the counter. My fries and poppers looked like they were intentionally dumped inside my bag. I pointed out that the fries I received were wrong and the size was wrong, the register girl just looked at me and rolled her eyes some more. I just what I got of my order and walked out. Neither of them uttered a word to me, just a bunch of eye rolls. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you’re trying to have a bad day...

Go through drive thru and don't get all my order. This I could have looked past. I go in and stand at the counter. The assistant manager who handed me my order no where to be seen. Guy in the kitchen is leaning on a broom texting or surfing Facebook on his phone. Can't be bothered to notice someone standing at the counter. An employee apparently on break, not in any arbys apparel to signify he works there finally comes up to take care of the issue. The Assistant Manager finally comes up and asks him if there was an issue, he tells her and she just says oh, and walks back to the back. Not even an apology for screwing up the order...not at all management material. There is no sense of urgency or customer service at this establishment. The biggest kicker, I was the only customer they had in the store/drive thru. They can't handle a single customer, I'm pretty sure they can't handle it being busy. Do not recommend anyone visits...

My dining experience wonderful because of the gentleman at front counter and the food is always great! Logan was friendly, welcoming and beyond! He helped create the feeling of 'my hometown' It had been a long day for me AND him, turned out, after talking for a bit. We had lovely conversation that helped wind it down for me. Thank you! He is a great asset to this store and hopefully he is treated as such. Four stars because the store didnt have the fish sandwich that on-line indicated, the Beer cheese and double beef sandwich gone!! Waaaaa.....😢 And french dip was on sale 2/$5, but store was out of the bread for that sandwich. So i had Beef n Cheddar, which is always great, with onion rings and a soda(: Thanks Logan!!
