Wild Roots Apothecary LLC — Restaurant in Schofield

I honestly never write negative reviews, but I was genuinely unhappy walking into this establishment for the first time today because of the female who spoke with me today regarding my order. I asked for a green juice with no apple, and I had the intention to order a tumeric shot. Her tone wasn't very friendly when she said, "we are making another juice now so if you want something it's gunna be a 30 minute wait". I felt like it was odd that she said it was going to be 30 minutes when there was hardly anybody in there. So, I was genuinely confused about why it would take that long. Beyond that, her tone was not kind. She claimed it was a watermelon juice they were working on. I tried to state that I couldn't have fruit juice because sadly I'm dealing with breast cancer currently and I can only drink vegetables hence the reason I asked for no apple to begin with. Either way, her demeanor just wasn't kind so I stated I would be back later, but I never returned. I have been to so many juice/healthy restaurants and I felt this was the worst experience I ever had as far as customer service goes. I was disappointed and excited to begin with. Kind of sad.

I am adding on to my comment because there is not a reply button to the owner. It is definitely okay to explain that something will take some time, but when I asked a question about why it would take that long because I was genuinely confused, the woman was snappy and rude with her reply in her tone. She wasn't being welcoming or supportive. The vibe was not good. If it had been, then I would have stayed. I have been to many juice/healthy restaurant establishments and none of them have told me it would take 30 minutes and that's why I was confused and asked a question to begin with. So, I just really needed the woman to be kinder toward me and the whole experience would have been better. I don't need a free juice. I just hope she learns to be kind because it's imperative in customer service and life...

AMAZING! The whole atmosphere when you walk in is welcoming and you feel at home. The staff is always smiling and incredibly helpful with anything you need. I shop at Wild Roots for CBD oil for my 10 year old autistic son. He has tics that are out of his control and at times are hard to handle. We use CBD Tincture 1200mg and wow what a difference it makes! When I first came to Wild Roots for CBD for my son I had NO idea what would be the best fit for him. Tried them out because I was looking for a place to eat in town that would fuel my body instead of make me feel crummy. Feels like there is unlimited places to eat that has grease as their main ingredient BUT not this place!!! Everything I tried I enjoyed and could not get enough of. I got the PB&J shake and the Harvest moon wrap- explosion of flavors in both. Best part was that it was super filling ❤️❤️ I’ll definitely be back! Oh, and the ladies are super nice and welcoming- nice to have warm & kind service 🥰 Can’t recommend...
