Gunther Tooties — Restaurant in Scituate

This place is awful & disgusting! Ever since they went under New Management both situate and Marshfield locations... Their coffee and food has declined and not to mention the cleanslingness of both locations should be addressed by the board of health! I can't believe they put out the product they do out the window the quality is beyond poor and when I went inside rather than going through the drive-through one day and the scituate location the person behind the register was so sick as a dog coughing and continuously blowing their nose and without not even washing their hands I can't believe they had somebody working with food and the general public that was that sick it was disgusting I almost vomited I I couldn't even stay another minute I was so disgusted I said I forgot my wallet and left... not to mention I've heard word of mouth how unclenzy both locations are I will never step foot or ever go back EVER...

Atrocious costumer service. I ordered a couple of items off the menu, and when I returned home I realized I was charged for this particular item but it wasn't in the bag. So I did what any other person would do and call and ask for a refund. While on the phone I could hear the girl say (referring to me) "she's mean, can you do this". All I did was ask for a refund for an item I didn't receive. That's all. I drove back to get a refund and an apology. If you're going to talk poorly about your customers, maybe put the phone on mute/hold. It was so convenient having a drive through bagel shop in Scituate that isn't dunkin, however after this experience, I will no longer be giving this...

So much quieter than the one in Quincy, but equally delicious. Gunther is probably my favorite bagel “chain.” I love bagels, and they make a wide variety of flavors and they are quality bagels.

(If we were in NY, I’d say there was competition, but as far as MA, this place and SPOT in Norwood are my unrivaled favorites).
