Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Scott Township

Fun scam they run We were in town traveling and asked the front desk of our hotel who would deliver to the hotel and they gave us a menu to THIS LOCATION of this restaurant. So I call to place an order. The location tells me they are unfamiliar with the location of the hotel and give me an 800 number for their call center. They nicely tell me the call center will direct me to the closet location to me. Which they do. They direct me back to the same location. I call back. They again tell me the are u familiar with the hotel and apologize for the call center giving me incorrect information and instruct me to call the call center back. Which I do. I get the call center and they attempt to take me order. They then tell me that the location nearest to my location(same location I’ve now called twice) is no longer taking orders because it is close to their closing time. For the record the first time I called was 40 minutes before they close. After all the run around the second time I talk to the call center it’s 20 minutes before the closing time. I then again call the location directly. I talk to a female AGAIN and ask to speak to a manager. I tell her about my experience tonight and she tells me she is the manager and she is there one and has not spoken to me tonight and has no idea what I’m talking about but also won’t take an order. She then tells me “my delivery driver is also here...” which seems odd since she just told me she’s there alone - but they will not take my order. They claim to also have no idea how I got the number for this random call center. Why a pizza place has a call center is still unclear to me. I redd cc’d wives one menu from my hotel with an address of Scott township 2101 green tree rd suite 110. Same location and number I called. So basically if it gets late enough in the night it appears they pretend to not know where you are and direct you to a call center. Call center nickel directs you to the closest location to your address. And you run in this fun circle of “we don’t know where that is but here is the call center to help you” then after two calls to the call center they also get fed up and offer to help you then say “I’m so sorry for this confusion but we can’t enter orders for that location because they are closing soon” - for the record the call center is super nice. The location at greentree rd apparently thinks they can close when they want. And not complete their services. What a disappointment. We are out of towners and we were told by some locals to try this place. Maybe their food is great. Who knows. We will never know because their customer...

We order from vocelli pizza probably 2 to 3 minutes a month. Couple of weeks ago I placed an order of Vocelli's Spinach and Mushrooms Rolls along with my big pizza order to my Surprise I believe they forgot the cheese, spinach and mushrooms there were less than less plus when they say you get a side order of sauce it seems it's just for 1 roll just a little tiny plastic container. So today I placed a order who ever took the order I had the worst time understanding him also when we received our order hubby was happy with his burnt pizza other hand my spicy Italian stromboli was not spicy, wondering where in the hell the filling is just like the vocelli rolls and the bottom of the stromboli was burnt. Also the last order with Nick he promised me several coupons and a menu never came with my order called the store girl answered and said will send it with a driver who's delivering close to you. Well still waiting never got 1 today's delivery. I'm getting so...

I am giving vocelli's a 1 star for now, until they can get it together and hopefully they improve their selves, my rating might go up... we have been ordering from this store for 6 years and never had a problem. Apparently they have new management and so far, not looking so good. We waited 2 hours for our pizza to get here and once it arrived, it came cold and burnt. So we called and they made us a new pizza, that we had to go pick up,, the pizza was amazing.. our problem now is, I asked for a refund for the 2 and a half incovience. They eventually gave us $10 back, BUT we originally left a $5 tip and we were charged for a delivery fee, so in the end, they ended up only giving us $2 back.... my wife nicely asked if we can just have a whole refund since we are weekly regulars.... they argued about it and did not grant our request. We are not happy about these new people and hope that these problems...
