Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Scott

I order Pizza (my only takeout food in last two months as I make minimum money and barely meets the needs of family end of the month). I do not have car so I got the Pizza delivery option, the delivery charge was high as usual which I am not complaining about but on the top they expect the TIP too? for what?? Just bcz I did not put tip, the delivery person left the PIZZA on the floor at the first apartment which one closer to the entrance, when I called to figure out where the pizza is I got delivered notification the manager was super rude. I ordered again after a month and same thing happened. This time I asked what is their problem and the manager is like "You wanted the pizza and we deliver", well then you should know that you deliver the order for the address which it was placed for. Placed order at 7:41pm. Called 3 times due to order saying "quality check" at 7:54pm. When I called the first time, the girl said it was out for delivery at 8:23pm. I got a text saying "driver just left the store" at 8:25pm. Second call, a different girl told me that "They were short handed and it would be 10-15 more minutes because they were doubling deliveries." That was at 8:37pm Third call, same girl as the second call said "Driver is on the way, we are short handed and the drivers are doing THREE deliveries at once." The driver showed up 5 minutes later at 8:55pm. I understand being shorthanded but if that's the case, then before an order is started, a worker should call customer and let them know to see if they'd like to pick up instead or just to inform them it will be later than initial time given. First time ordering from Domino’s in Scott. Called them at 4:40pm, was told they may not deliver to my location (I’m literally 2.5 or 4 minutes away). After being on hold for 10 minutes, they took my order and told me it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After an hour I call to check on my order. Same guy said it’s on its way. 10 minutes later I get a phone call by the delivery driver double checking my address and said she was leaving the location!! I explained what I had said previously and she was very rude and said they were busy. Which is fine, but why tell me 30 minutes. Will not be ordering from here again.

PS: I’d bet my bottom dollar my pizza will be cold from sitting in the window the last 45 minutes. Again, I’m 4...
