Burger King — Restaurant in Scottsboro

If I could 0 stars that's what they would get !! I went through drive thru for lunch today 11/09/23 first time in months because the last 3 times in drive through order were wrong ! So today went back because I love B.K. but this is last time never again. I ordered a whopper with cheese that simple. Get to where I am going reach in bag I get a whopper jr. It never fails !! The is the worst burger king in America no doubt about it ! I should have checked but how can you screw up a simple order a whopper with cheese ! Into whopper jr . Please I will never go back !! If you go to drive thru do yourself a favor check the bag. They throw whatever is ready in a bag roll top of bag down and send you on your way !! You get what person inside wants you to have to keep line moving !! FREAKING...

This restaurant is horrible! When I was ordering there was a manager yelling and cursing in the lobby at the employees. I asked the cashier who he was and what was going on. She said "oh, that's Collin, the store manager. He always does that". I stayed a little longer eating my food that I waited 16 minutes for. I could not believe the things I was hearing! I was mortified!!!! The place was filthy, the profanity, all the employees just goofing around. The manager Collin was very inappropriate with the crew. Especially the young boys!!!! I will never come back here and I will make sure everyone I know knows about this so call "manager"!!! Shame on you burger king for such poor...

I will never eat at Scottsboro Burger King again. My dad just left from there. He ordered 2 chicken sandwiches got to the window paid and they asked him to pull up because they were cooking fresh chicken. 30 mins later he has to go in and ask about his order then they try to give him 2 chicken sandwiches that had been sitting in the hot holding he asked for fresh they refused to make fresh then he ask if he could have a small coke for waiting so long the manager literally looked him in his face and walked away. To top it off I've tried to call and complain the last 30 mins and can't get anyone to answer the phone. BK you just lost an entire...
