Toros Cantina and Grill — Restaurant in Scottsboro

My grandmother, my mother, and I came here to eat lunch and spend some time together, everything was great, HOWEVER. Our waitress was quite rude and did not listen well, at all. We had told her three times we would like some queso dip, she finally got it to us the third time. My mother also ordered a meal and asked for it to be given to her at checkout as she was taking it home to my brother, it was given to her at the beginning of our meal instead. She also brought out the receipt and literally tossed it onto the table, not even in one of those folders like everyone else’s. It was like she was trying to get rid of us. When we asked for our to-go boxes, drink cups, and sauce containers she did bring the boxes, but she didn’t bring the sauce containers or drink cups and I had to ask a different waitress. While we were waiting on another order to be made, she also walked by and literally said something into my mothers ear and it didn’t seem too friendly but we were not able to even hear what she said, so I do not know. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. You should never treat your customers this way. Oh! And she...

Decided to stop here for lunch while in Scottsboro, AL. Most food choices in town are down home cooking or take out. We were very surprised how incredible this place was. The service was fantastic - extremely friendly and very professional. The restaurant was very clean and well decorated. I ordered a Pina Colada which turned out to be one of the best I have ever had. Bonus that it was served in a frosty mug and only $7.25!!!! I ordered the street tacos Al pastor and they did not disappoint. And my husband ordered quesa birria. Wow, wow, wow!!!!! And each plate was right at $11. We are from Huntsville with an overwhelming amount of food options. We love Mexican and especially street tacos.
