Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Scottsboro

The waitress was extremely nice, however, this place has never been under good operations and management since it changed from Pizza Hut to the Wing Street brand. I have been eating at the Scottsboro Pizza Hut since 1998 and over the last 3 years in particular the place has gone downhill and fast. The only reason that many families eat here are because kids love pizza. If I was the franchise owner, I would fire the entire management staff and get qualified people to take over and train the staff and schedule people properly.

Time and time again the staff tells us that they are sorry about the wait due to them being understaffed and/or squabbling with other employees. I could go on about the issues and the wait times, but I want to be quick and simple.

We love Pizza Hut, but someone please rescue the one in...

I wish I could leave less than 1 I wish I could leave no stars! We went in around 8pm there was ppl sitting at 2 tables. We waited 10 minutes before we ever seen an employee to get a table. Once there we orders drinks and cheese bread. Another couple came in 20 minutes after we did. They got their drinks before us. We had to go up to the counter to ask about them. Waitress said she forgot. The couple that came in after us got their cheese bread before us and the table that was there before us. We decided to leave since the bad service. Went to ask what we owed. Waitress was holding cheese bread looking at her tickets to see which table she needed to take them to. We were her only table that she hadn’t took...

It was very messy and not very clean at all. Napkins on table and even an old pizza spatula from customers before. And I also had a very disturbing problem. There was lipstick marks on my glass and I had to ask for a new one. The waitress was very kind about it and the service was pretty decent despite the other messiness problems. But I also had another problem. We had called before hand about deals they had and the lady told us they had the Meal for 4 for 39.99. But when we got there, the lady told us it went up 10 dollars and it ended up costing me over 50 dollars. We then called again after we got home to see what they said about it again, and they told us no such deal existed....
