I'm going to be Brutally Blunt, because I just got off the phone with a freaking manager. We live very remote and we drive through the town on the way to marshall county every weekend. 2 weeks. In a row we did the twelve biscuit special mobile order. 2 weeks ago they screwed the pooch on it last week.They shortened us 2 sandwiches for a total of about 7 dolland this week.They shortest four sandwiches for the total in about fourteen dollars. I brought it to their attention. She said, "oh I can't fix something from two weeks ago." I said it wasn't 2 weeks ago.It was last sunday , seven days ago and today. I said it wasn't 2 weeks ago. It was last Sunday, 7 days ago and today. Their response was.Why did you wait so long?Why didn't you tell us today?I said I just got home. I've been on the road for 3 hours.
She had the audacity to tell me.She packed the bags this morning.I said no, you didn't you were working in the back, putting sandwiches together. I was watching you and your girl down front seem to be a little bit lost. There were only 8 sandwiches in the bag today, not twelve. Last Sunday there was only ten not twelve. She proceeded to try to tell me that the bag and the order was complete.
Absolutely no it wasn't and since you're going to persist, I will be going to the regional manager to get this fixed. Bluntly, you need to stop the nonsense and correct your public attitude with your customers and stop talking down to you employees in front of customers. That is absolutely the worst management behavior in any fast food place I've ever seen.
When I spend money to feed my family and you short me the food I purchased, don't tell me you "got it right." It's called theft. Read moreThere was a normal church crowd but the restaurant was very slow taking the orders took almost 20 minutes and about another 20 minutes to get the food ready orders were coming out very erratically people who ordered after I did got their food before I did a couple that was there that had already ordered were 3 people in front of me and still didn't get their food till after I got mine my order was wrong and when I said something they asked where my receipt was but unfortunately they had run out of receipt paper and I didn't get a receipt. Halfway through the trouble a man came from the back and started dropping orders off the screen because they were old but they had not been filled yet. I ordered the sandwich with 2 sausage patties and 4 slices of bacon it had 2 bacon strips and no sausage. And it had mayo on it probably enough for 3 sandwiches. And yet no apologies. Read moreEmployee at the counter this morning didn't need to be there. She had a attitude with the customers and would get mad because she kept getting the orders wrong. At one point she got into it with a customer. The 'manager' came over and got a attitude with the customer also because he wanted a refund on the order that was wrong. The manager grabbed his food and threw it away and stated she had to give a refund on the whole meal. The customer then gets upset with her because of her attitude and starts cussing her. Then some random employee comes over and starts threatening to call the police. The customer told her that the police doesn't have to get involved that he just wants a refund. The employee keeps telling him to leave or the police are coming. Then she gets all worked up storming off to get the phone and ends up calling the police over something this petty.
