A few months ago I had a really bad experience at this location and unfortunately I had another today. I had waited about thirty minutes in the drive through to order and when I ordered, the person repeated back what I had said and was correct. When I got to the window, half of my order wasn’t given to me and luckily I wasn’t charged for it. However, when I explained that I had ordered those things, I was informed that I would have to wait in the drive through again in order to get them so I just headed home. I was not thrilled. Today, I decided to give this location another chance because of how close it is to me. To avoid the problem I faced last time, I used the app and placed two mobile orders. I waited in the drive through which went incredibly slow again and said that I was there to pick up two orders. The person asked for the name and then checked for the orders and said they’d have it ready at the window. When I finally got to the window, I was given one order. I asked about the other and the worker said they only had one. I pulled up my app to show the exact time and order I had placed and one of the other employees came up and almost argued with me that they never received an order even though I had proof of it. I get that sometimes orders get missed but the fact that I had the order pulled up and checked to make sure it was the right location and one of the employees got incredibly defensive really got on my nerves. They did make the other order but I was incredibly annoyed at this point. Read moreUPDATE: OK so it’s a bit about a year since I’ve been here last, so I figured I’d give it another try. I walk in and the front desk woman is literally cursing at customers and locking the front door to prevent any further customers from coming in. There was roughly 4 people in the lobby, three employees that I could see and not very many people in the drive-through and this woman is blowing a gasket about being short staffed. Honestly, there is literally zero reason to come here unless you’re looking to waste time and get verbally assaulted. Of all the places I’ve been in my life this is a place I hopeceases to exist. It is such a joke and serves no constructive purpose to society.
I’m standing here in line as I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for any sign of an employee in the building. People have come and gotten in line behind me and since left because they have less hope someone will show up than I do. This location has a different set of people literally every time I come into the store I’m guessing that’s because it doesn’t run very well. I feel like the owner should probably just close up shop because nothings working for them and I cannot give them my money if I tried. Hell, they’re not even here in the absence of employees. During the literal 10 minutes I’ve been standing here. I could’ve helped myself to whatever I’d like and left, but I could not possibly pay for anything here as there are no employees to take my money. Read moreI rarely will write a negative review as I go out of my way to find positives. Unfortunately this is not the case with this location. I went in on Saturday 6/18 to get 2 iced coffees and surprised to see it wasn't busy. As I stood at the counter the couple in front of me had received their drinks and one was incorrect, it happens. The young lady behind the counter nicely said she would correct it and took the incorrect one to replace comes back with correct coffee only to discover she took the wrong incorrect drink. 5 minutes later is is correct and the couple was waiting for food. Thinking I was next in line I waited another 5 minutes to order but alas never happened. It was interesting to watch the counter person and drive thru person continue to talk and share things from their phones all the while ignoring me and the couple waiting for their food. Even though the counter person came back to the counter at least 4 times and hurriedly went back towards the drive thru area (which only had 2 cars in line).
Patience is a virtue they say along with using ones feet to decide not to business with sub par business. In current times this doesn't bode well. Fortunately there was a Starbucks a few miles away (always my second choice for coffee) that was happy to do business.
