I recently visited this establishment and found several aspects concerning. The staff all seem to be very young girls right out of high school. This raises questions about the hiring practices and overall professionalism of the management.

Additionally, there are no visible prices or nutritional information provided for the various powders and products used, specifically those from Herbalife. This lack of transparency is troubling, particularly for customers who are conscious of what they are consuming.

My daughter has also experienced several unsettling interactions while using DoorDash to order from this location. It seems that the staff often does not have a clear understanding of incoming orders until the delivery personnel arrive, indicating a lack of efficient operational procedures.

Furthermore, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff exhibits a surprising level of rudeness and lack of respect towards customers. This behavior is unprofessional and needs to be addressed.

The staff is always friendly and creates a welcoming vibe, but the owner, Daniel, truly makes the experience special. He’s super cheerful, loves to connect with customers, and always has spot-on recommendations. Recently, Scott suggested I try their protein powder balls, and they were absolutely amazing—bursting with great flavors! With so many delicious and nutritious options, HB Wellness is a haven for post-workout enjoyment. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, Scott and his team make every visit a delight....

I don’t know what vudu magic they’re using on their no added sugar 250 calorie protein shakes but I just had the best shake of my life!! For $8 you are given a sugar free green tea and a protein shake of your choice from over 75 selections. I ordered the peanut butter chocolate post workout smoothie and the raspberry tea. Best $8 I’ve spent in a while. The girl who helped me decide was so friendly and shared her recommendations with me. She even let me try samples of some of the other smoothies! I cannot say enough good things about this place and I can’t wait to be back.
