I'm not a fast food person, but sometimes there's no choice, and I'm also a coupon cutter. That combination led to a very pleasant surprise not too long ago with the Arby's near where I work. Firstly the employees and the food have both improved very much from what I remember. The menu has gotten bigger and better, and the service is the best, I really love their chicken sandwiches and recently got coupons for buy one get one, no emergency needed, they are good! It was busy in the drive thru and I ordered my chicken, and after a short wait got to the window, only to find out they had not dropped the chicken in the fryer, which they warn you ,takes 6 minutes when it's not busy, it evens out when they are, and they were because of the recent coupon mailing, so I had to wait. Well., I'd swear all those super polite young people, who do change often, I assume because of the high quality hiring practices of this Arby's, and them moving up, were all so alarmed and apologetic , the assistant manager was called, free stuff for the wait was offered, but refused, they made me feel important, and I was in my work car and clothes, so it wasn't my looks, this is for everyone! After pulling into a waiting area and playing on my phone for a few minutes, my coupon meal was delivered by the manager, and I was asked for my receipt, and complied, not knowing why, but when it was returned there was a note for a free meal written and signed by I think Ashley, hope that's right, but you could've knocked me over with a feather! This was my first time meeting this group of young people, but not this Arby's , and although this visit was special, they have always hired people that have what it takes to move up, as I always have a pleasant experience with the people , and the food, they are not just roast beef anymore, food is great, and people too from my experience. Read more*Attention Management I been going to this location for along time but lately this place is going down hill really quick !!! First of all you go to the drive thru and the lady’s that work there give you attitude !!!! That’s a big NO with me I’m a paying costumer am not asking for “FREE FOOD” here … today May 25 2022 went to this location to try the new Wagyu Deluxe Burger and when I got to the window I got nothing but attitude almost throw the drinks and food on my lap like … she was doing me a favor if you don’t like working there find another job you can’t treat customers like that ! When we opened are sandwiches they ware all thrown in there and they were soaked in sauce very messy!!!! You have to wait so long to get your order taken then once you get your order taken you have to go through the window you still have to wait another 5-10 minutes your food is never prepared or ready once you get to the drive-through. I understand the younger generation needs a job but my opinion it just seemed like it's just too much playing, then working. I'm not sure who the manager is at the time I go but it's just seem like it's not organized. I wrote a review about Arby's once before but it seem like it's hasn't changed.
