I always have great service when im here but today was exceptional !!!! My five year old has autism and loves any donut with sprinkles. Today joshua and i went in for the normal coffee sandwich and donuts. I decided to get a half of dozen. Now this whole time i had to tell josh to not run outside because with his autism he is a flight risk. Now our order was ready and i asked josh to help me carry everything and i asked what he wanted to hold he said donuts please. I put the box in his hands and we were almost outside and he dropped the whole box. Immediately he starts crying and trying to hide in the corner. This wonderful lady holly came to the rescue got us a new box of donuts and tried to calm josh down. She told him it was ok accidents happen that even she makes mistakes and drops things. Joshua was finally calming down and he said thank you. I just want holly to know from the bottom of my heart you are amazing. The rumor going around is that this location as well as all in Scranton has been sold. I have been going to Dunkin at 1137 moosic st every single day for the last seven years. All the employees there make my day and lots of other people I know have a great day due to their kindness. The fact that the indoor seating is closed is very inconvenient especially for mobile pick up. I’ve heard there’s been some people that have left due to new ownership I would hate to see my favorite people not be there any more due to new management. If things don’t turn around I will start going elsewhere. The location is very convenient for me but I will not support a location that will treat there employees less then what wonderful service they provide. Read moreOvernight service has been a nightmare recently. At one time it was great, that's why I kept going back. Time after time recently my order has been wrong, and presented to me with a rude, entitled attitude. Hard to mess up a 2 item order, but it continually happens, and this time my bag was drenched with water. During my previous visit, aside recieving the wrong order, my change was only partially given to me. A 10$ bill was placed on the side of the register. When I asked for it, she pretended she forgot it. When I said " It's right there on the side of the register", she became annoyed and handed it to me. I know getting good overnight staff can be difficult, but this recent crew is unacceptable. I'm not really sure what this beverage they gave me tonight is, but it's definitely not their a Chai.
