The facility is clean most of the staff is friendly although they have an arcade I would have to say that the bowling portion is not family oriented as they do not allow bumpers for kids above the age of 7. I asked them why that is and the lady told me that they should be old enough to bowl without bumpers. My kids were 9 and 10 years old and do require bumpers they are not professional bowlers nor are they in a league we came to bowl there for fun. We were not told that until after we started playing and was not allowed a refund so my kids had to finish the game out without bumpers. And we as parents had to feel shamed by the lady who said we didn't teach her kids how to bowl as by that age should be bowling without...

Amazing place to go for bowling. Laser tag was fun the vests and guns worked really good. The arcade was fun to do and win prizes. The only problems I had was when pur lane kept messing up after one of us bowls and hit the pins and the things that fix the pins got stuck multiple times and it took time off of our game and they said they were gonna give us it back but they didn't. Also someone caught some people cheating in the ring toss game. One person climbed into the ring toss game and put all the rings onto the higher point bottles. I had an appt here tonight at the Pro Shop. I am a beginner bowler and I bought a ball online and I met with Keith at the Pro Shop tonight and it was a great experience. He explained every step while he was sizing me for my new ball. He answered all my questions and was just very patient and also very professional. This is a great bowling alley, and now I can say that the pro shop is just as great. I can’t wait to go bowling with my husband and start getting better.
