Every single time I go here the drive through staff is extremely rude. This morning I was picking up a mobile order and needed to order another coffee. I start by saying “I have a mobile order to pick up and I need.” - I get rudely interrupted and told to pull ahead. I say I need to also order a coffee. The employee asks “What is it?” I order it. I get told pull ahead. I get to the window and get my coffee. There was a cop behind me that I wanted to pay for their order so I asked their total. After a few seconds she says it’s not coming up it must be a mobile order and closes the window. No have a nice day or anything.. I pull out and realize they didn’t put cold foam on my coffee but I know they heard me it was on the sticker. I also tasted no cookie dough in my coffee but I could not go back in I was in my pjs and the line for drive through was long now. This is every time I go here I get treated like the employees would rather be doing anything else than working there like it’s my fault. Does the manager not hear the way the employees talk to the customers or do they not care? I’m not saying the workers need to be all rainbows but some kindness would go a long way being a people facing job. This is why I prefer Starbucks, I’ve never been treated...
Read moreI ordered thru the app 9/5/22 a coffee and pumpkin muffin. When I arrived 15 minutes later the coffee was on the counter but no muffin, so I said “excuse me there was a muffin with this order” I thought maybe they ran out. But after saying excuse me no one turned around including the manager to acknowledge me or answer. So a few minutes later the girl at the drive thru walked past me, not acknowledging me and goes into the back room, comes back to the drive thru and still says nothing all the while the manager is standing there not saying anything either. So I got upset said “is someone going to help me or are you two going to continue to ignore me?” The manager then snapped w/a nasty nasty attitude “I told her it needed icing!!!” And I said “as the manager you really have poor customer service skills all you had to do when I first asked about the muffin is simply say it’s going to be a minute instead of ignoring me and my question” I emailed customer service the same day and got a reply that I would be getting a call from the franchisee, that never happened. Read moreI’m not from PA here on business. I got cash from the ATM so I only have $20bills . My order came up to$6.50 I gave Tiffany the cashier $20.50 and she gave me $7.10 back. I did not leave the drive thru I informed her that she gave me the wrong change. The manager Jenn said that I have to wait for someone to come in and count the register and to call back after 11am. I called back at 12pm and was told that I have to call back tomorrow then I was told that they pulled the register and the register was not over or under. While trying to talk to the manager Jenn she then started talking over me and was very rude. I will never go to any Dunkin Donuts and I am writing the BBB.
