At approximately 10:45 AM on 9/25/25, I placed a mobile order at this location and was very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service I received afterwards. My order was incorrect, as sour cream was added to my potatoes even though I specifically requested no sour cream and the potatoes were hard and dried up. Additionally, the Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme I received barely contained any chicken—mostly just lettuce, tomatoes, and a small amount of cheese.When I called the store to speak with a manager regarding these issues, the woman who answered refused to provide her name. Instead, she questioned who I was and continued to avoid answering when I politely asked again. After raising my voice out of frustration and asking why she wouldn’t identify herself, she hung up on me.I called back and was told by the same individual that she was the supervisor but still refused to give her name, citing personal reasons. Each time I insisted on a basic level of accountability by asking her name, she became defensive, claimed she felt threatened, and hung up on me again rather than assisting me with my issue.This type of behavior from a supervisor is deeply unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve to have their concerns addressed respectfully, not dismissed or treated with hostility. Following this incident, I contacted Taco Bell corporate and remained on hold for over 12 minutes before being connected with (Lester). Depending on the outcome of that conversation, I may update this review, but at this moment, I am reducing my previous 5-star...
Read moreProbably the worst service I've ever received from a fast food place. Drive thru cashier (receipt says his name is Gabe) mumbled his way through our order and made it very clear he didn't want to be there. We pull to the window, he throws the change into my hand and slams the window shut. Couple minutes go by, he walks away from his post and another employee, who was much friendlier, hands us our order. To top it off, our order was wrong; we ordered two crunchy tacos, we got soft shells instead. I generally try so hard to be patient and understanding of fast food/retail workers having been in that field for several years myself, but this dude has to be the single worst fast food employee I've personally encountered. Sorry you hate your job, Gabe. I hope you find one you enjoy.
Edit: my friend and I went here on a whim around 11pm, got the same cashier (Gabe) again and once again he was rude and unfriendly. We told him we had 2 separate orders and he told us we "weren't allowed to do that." Dude needs to be FIRED quick, fast and in a hurry. Definitely not coming back here. Read moreI called yesterday on them forgetting to put sour cream that I paid extra for and then found a hair in my food. The one female manager with an accent was really nice about and said to come back the next day or 2 to come back and pick up the re-made order. I go in today and go to explain to the employees that I called yesterday and spoke to the female manager on duty that said to come back. And the guy manager on today made it a big deal. This has never happened to me before where I needed to complain. So sorry that the service the next day to me was completely rude and I truly thank the female manager for helping me out. All the guys that were on had no idea what they were doing and cannot read tickets correctly and they messed up a customers order in front of me as I was waiting to get my order that was messed up from last night. My boyfriend and I always comes to this Taco Bell and have never had an issue with all the times we have gone.
