I have to say that I tried looking for the church for the first time for Easter. I spent over two hours following my gps and could not find it. One Sunday morning after that I tried again and I found it, it was one block away from where I had started looking and wound up at the same address over an hour away. From the moment we walked into the church everyone new it was our first time there. We were welcomed by everyone as if we were family. We were home. Read moreThis was the week of the Spring Greek festival with fantastic food presented by the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church at North Washington avenue and Vine. June 14th is the last day. It was a chance to see friends and neighbors, and enjoy Greek food. Everything is scrumptious. The menu includes main courses and desserts, with a variety of specialties and delicacies.
