Walked in 4 people in the whole place.. No martini list bartender said I can make whatever martini you want.. Ok I say how how a pumpkin martini SINCE its fall 5 days before Thanksgiving.. Umm "I don't have pumpkin liquor" ok she is sweet so I go on her recommendation & get a White Russian.. It was good after she found the martini shaker..which she had to ask some patrons where it may be...I knew we where Ffffff'd than.... Ok on to the food.. My wings which I asked was it original Donkey recipe and was assured YES.. tasted like dried up shoe leather.. I swear when I bit into one it went "Puff" sorry but real.. our French Frys tasted like they where done with fish... but no fish on the menu.. the whole bar 3 people... tasted our frys said same thing taste like fish.. Cook came out and tryed to explain potatoes are soaked in vinegar... Sorry FISH taste to me.. Now one of the locals who was eating my frys saying wow thats bad.. Comes out and says "yea saw so & so frying something up leaving with bags of stuff before..I bet it was fish". Really we are thinking you don't say.. Bartender hears and participates in conversation & never said 1 word about taking anything off our bill.. If it where up to me I'd pay for drinks and call it even since now we need to eat elsewhere.. never EVER again.. my bet place will be...

I first wondered what Jo Jo's was all about but soon knew this Donkey was about having a good time.

It wasn't crowded for a Thursday night and the bartender was on point; I'm thirsty but the pace at which bottles were replenished matched my party. Some may gripe if you're a heavy drinker but for me? Golden.

The chicken on the hot wing hoagie seemed a little dry but I didn't care since the fries were phenomenal. Seriously. I look forward to trying the wings next time.

Though the back game room was a little musty (as we all are after the past year and a half), the laid-back atmosphere made for a great time.

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, as soon as I pulled up I knew Jo Jo's Donkey wouldn't disappoint.

The bartender was absolutely nice, the DJ played some great music, and the drinks were on point. The low rating is because of the bouncer. He’s callous, abrasive and not good for your buisness. I was standing outside with my friend, using my vape, and he stares us down through the little window in the front door the entire time. We go in, he’s so rude, immediately gets close to my friend and I and shouts, “whose this?” pointing directly at me. I have no problem showing my id, but I was very respectful, not rowdy, and completely turned off from this place based on his behavior. Will never come back.
