Wendy's — Restaurant in Scranton

*FIRST REVIEW EVER * ( Food and Services Was so bad i decided to write a review ) Went there today ( March 8th ) at 3:50PM and didn’t leave til 4:30PM i ordered thru the mobile app and was picking up at the drive thru.. i waited behind 1 person at the drive thru until about 4:08 for them to tell me to park on the side which made me wait until 4:30 for them to come out.. i wanted sauce so i asked for extra ranch and bbq, kid sucks his teeth and starts walking back and comes back with honey mustard and spicy ranch and hands me 2 small frostys ( i ordered medium ). THEN when i got home i realized they forgot my 3 large fries and the chicken salad. Burgers were dry and the nuggets were so cold and hard.. will never come to this restaurant ever again unless they hire people who actually care about their job. Do better Wendy’s on davis.. Do better ( Spent somewhere around $75 ) and regret it. If i could review a negative...

Ate here before a couple of times in the past ..now I remember why I don't frequent it that often ...and after last weeks experience hopefully never again ...stopped in around 2:30 after working at a distribution center for lunch with my co-worker ..ordered strawberry chicken salad, fries and soda for myself and 2 bacon double cheeseburgers, fries, and soda for my co-worker ...first I never received a receipt and was informed that adding the fries and soda to my meal was at regular price and not 59cents as stated below the salads..and less than a half hour later my stomach started to bother me and hurt ..don't think I have to say what happened next ...anyone who has ever experienced food poisoning knows ...will never eat there again ...especially since it cost over $18 ..now I know why they didn't give...

Almost always a very long, line at this drive thru. It used to be very slow service but I have noticed the line has been moving much faster lately. Some of the employees always seem like they hate their job and lack people skills. But I noticed it has gotten better than it was a year or 2 ago, most employees seem much more pleasant now. A lot of them are teens of course but this is the time they need to learn how a job works. When serving the public, you gotta be pleasant. Otherwise, the food is your normal Wendy's food. I don't recall a time when my food was cold, the food always seems fresh. They don't frequently forget parts of your order or mess up a special request sandwich, like fast food restaurants are infamous for. Whenever I do go inside the restaurant, it always appears clean and...
