Stopped in at this place to order in with the wife and kids. No one else ordering or there so food came quick. 4 year old has to pee, employee is in the bathroom for 20 minutes. Another employee immediately runs in. I’m glad my son didn’t pee himself waiting. My wife takes him to the bathroom because she has to go too. The floor is soaking wet and he falls 3 times trying to wash his hands.
The counter employees are miserable. No smile and are all on their phones. They seem like they are annoyed you are even there. One girl behind the counter keeps shooting dirty looks at my two year old whenever he say anything, granted he speaks toddler and is loud. He’s not screaming. Completely unnecessary. We got one smile from the other girl behind the counter. I’m not looking grandma Berardi to come out and give us a kiss on the cheek just a little customer service, nothing above or beyond.
We got a wrap and large pizza. The wrap was ok. Wrapped up like a Russian nesting doll. The pizza was not very good. Very bready. Never been to a chuck-e-cheese before but this is what I would expect them to serve. We were going to eat in, but with the hot dining room and two children creeping up on 2 pm opted to take it to go.
If you have a family you need to eat lunch or dinner with, go somewhere else. This place is not family friendly and the food...
Read moreOrdered from here for the first time and I had a good experience. I ordered a pizza and fries for delivery during lunch and it took around 40 minutes for the pizza to arrive. I was expecting it to arrive a little quicker since its not super busy in SIC yet, but it wasn't a big deal, especially since the food was still hot when I received it! As for the food, it was good and definitely high quality. The pizza was tasty but the fries were pretty under cooked. My two issues with the experience was firstly the pizza, which while it was very tasty, looked like it was thrown around between when it was made and when I received it. The sauce and cheese were messy and all over the place, so I had to re-cut the pizza into slices again before I could eat it. Secondly, the food was expensive. With all the competition with pizza places in SIC, you can put a pizza and fries delivered for under $20, but this time it cost me $25+ (including a delivery fee). As I said, my overall first experience was good, but not great. I plan on giving Berardi Brothers another try later in the summer and would recommend them to people if they are in the area...
Read moreOur house is in Ocean View and the pizza places out there are a bit lacking, but luckily Sea Isle is only 10 min from us. Tried this place for the first time the other weekend and it’s definitely going to be my go to spot! The mozzarella sticks are HUGE, made in house, and have that nice cheese pull to them. Other pizza places seriously need to get on board with homemade mozzarella sticks because these are elite. Until then, these take the cake down the shore for best mozzarella sticks. Also ordered a plain pie. The crust was super thin and crispy, but towards the top got a little doughy that had a bit of chew to it. Didn’t really bother me because the sauce and cheese had so much flavor to it. Will...
