They've moved to the former Angelo's pizza spot right in the heart of town. We placed a group order for 7 people on a random Tuesday night during July. When I went in to pick it up at the time they told me it would be ready, there were hardly any customers in there, and yet no joke it took nearly an entire extra hour beyond our assigned time to bring our order out (which wasn't even a ton of food). There were one or two other people waiting for carryout who clearly were also in the same situation, and each time their orders came out they immediately had to complain about missing/incorrect items. The staff seemed very confused and overwhelmed, I'd hate to see what that looks like when they are actually crowded.
The food itself also ended up being mostly bad. Nearly our entire order was room temperature when served, and it just wasn't good. The steak taco was ok and everything they I tried was very flavorless and bad. Don't bother with the octopus taco, maybe the worst version of that dish I have ever experienced, just had a weird flavor.
I know it's their first summer in a new location, but they are clearly not doing something right and I have no desire to give it another...

Legit just plain grilled chicken, american cheese, and no seasonings or veggies. Authentic mexican restaurants do not use flour tortillas, let alone american cheese!! The rice tasted like it came from a box. The only thing good was the elotes. I am not surprised though, you cannot expect authentic food from people who did not grow up in that specific culture. Not only is it much bigger and better than the Former place (that burned down last year(, but the atmosphere is much nicer and you can sit in and enjoy a meal with air-conditioning.
The staff is simply wonderful as it is a real family run business that feels like it!!
