The older woman with the accent who answers the phone is incredibly mean. The menu says delivery in Sea Isle. I called the number on the menu and the voice recording said to order online for 10% off. I went online but there was no option to select delivery. I called back and a woman with an accent answered. I asked for delivery and she said they don’t do delivery. I placed my order and asked if I can get the 10% off because I was originally ordering online. She said no she can’t give me the 10% off. I said ok I will order online then. She said “why did you order from me then?! Oh my god!” And she hung up on me right after! So she hates money and she doesn’t know about good customer service. 1. The menu we received in our welcome packet was incorrect in offering delivery. 2. The restaurant should offer 10% to customers who tried to order online to receive the 10% but cannot do the order online and 3. A store should never hang up...

Pizza is good but man.. the service is terrible. My wife ordered takeout pizza at 7pm. They said it would be ready at 8pm for pickup. I arrived at 8pm to find that there was a line around the front of restaurant just for people picking up takeout. Zero communication or information from the staff, just a bunch of people waiting in line hoping to let the staff know they are waiting. Waited another hour to receive my food and when I did, it was cold. Which tells me it was ready the entire time. In total it took 2 hours from order to pickup. Everyone in line was experiencing the same issue and just a bunch of hungry frustrated people. Absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff of our frustration. I don't care how good their pizza is, if they hadn't already swindled my wife of pre-payment by ordering online I would have cancelled the order and gone to oogies. Just...
