Drive-thru took half an hour on a Saturday night for two small blizzards. Three to four cars before me when I arrived. I asked the young lady at the drive-thru who the manager was, and she replied that it was her. The manager was the one attending the drive-thru. Chelsea the manager said she was understaffed, but I found her reason to be quite concerning and contradictory when I counted more than seven employees in the kitchen. Some were seen scrambling around while others were standing as if they had no direction and could care less about their being there. I understand fast-food wages are stagnate and people have become Karen’s and Chads, disrespecting fast food employees left and right, but let us not forget there is still an end goal to all of this. A purpose. Chelsea’s energy seemed very apathetic and unconcerned for the wait times of the drive-thru. I observed the employees from the window, and it seemed very unorganized and evident that leadership is lacking at this location. I’ve never seen a manager so zest less and drained by her occupation. Please, Chelsea, allow someone else to manage and take the reins if it’s too exhausting. At least show some empathy and concern for the customers and apologize for the long wait times beforehand and not pretend like this is standard best business practices because it’s not. I would advise others to think twice about visiting on a Saturday night unless you have thirty minutes to spare at the drive-thru. When did fast food...

Read moreAppalled at the “service” I just received today. The little BOY working the drive thru at 5:45 pm today doesn’t know the value of work or customer service.
I waited to be acknowledged at the intercom 3-4 minutes, said, “hello” and still received no response. I waited until the car in front of me left the window and decided to pull up to order thinking MAYBE the intercom is down.
I get to the window and wait another 2-3 minutes before he approaches with a blank stare and says nothing to me, no greeting or welcome. NOTHING. I told him I hadn’t placed my order because no one answered the intercom. He sarcastically responds with, “Yea, because we were busy” [verbatim].
I said, “Don’t worry about it. That was very rude” and drove off. I immediately called and asked for the store manager and whoever answered the phone was just as rude, letting it be known that she was too busy for my call.
I will be speaking to the manager, Yasmin, if I received the correct name. So...
