McDonald's — Restaurant in Seaford

My uncle just went to McDonald's to pick my grandchildren up dinner for me because I just had surgery and can't drive. He dropped the kid's food off and my grandson got a chicken nugget happy meal and there were no chicken nuggets in the box. I called to let them know and I was hung up on. I am not very happy about this at all. Now is a few day's later. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffen meal. Not only was it ice cold, my coffee was only a 1/2 cup no cream or splenda, and my breakfast sandwich was crunchy with pieces of egg shell in it. I didn't even realize they used fresh eggs I thought the eggs came pre made and frozen. Definitely glad to see they use fresh eggs but still not happy with all the rest. Idk what's going on with this location. They have 1 amazing worker there only 1 and I truly wish I new her name but I will find out. She is definitely a people person and very pleasant at the drive through and our order is always correct and hot when she is working. Everyone else should not have a job dealing with the public. I understand dealing with people can get stressful I've dealt with that myself for many years but how you talk to people and handle a situation...

Very poor training An management!! Manager was waiting on customer when I walked in, the other line was busy so I stepped in managers line.. after ppl in front of me left I was still waiting to be waited on, An the girl on 1st register never said a word to me standing there almost 7-8 minutes!! I then asked if the manager was gonna continue to ignore me, the girl said "I don't know" .. a man in the girls line let me in front of him..I placed An payed for my order which included a chic shake.. the bag was empty n I assume the girl that was making it wasn't trained because she told manager she didn't know how to change it, the manager An others looked at girl, and turned away, poor girl was getting frustrated , I felt bad for her, I myself worked at Mcdonalds for 6 yrs An never had a problem with showing me or me showing someone else how to do something!! I almost went behind counter An showed girl myself!! I ordered a med An received a small but not only did I not want to tell the girl but after 25 minutes An 2 cold sandwiches later, I just wanted out of the place!! Again not the girls fault for not knowing how to...

This McDonald's has a functional 2 lane drive thru. They keep all of their lines moving at a very steady pace, id say at least 95% of the time, inside & outside. This McDonald's participates FULLY with the McDonald's app on your phone. Meaning that all of the order options that the app itself offers, you are able to use any of them at this location. The curbside parking is located directly in front of the building (youll see them once you face that way). When ordering curbside, the most ive had to wait for my food, was the 5 minutes that they estimated it would. In the back of McDonald's there is a semi large parking area as well to sit in, if you're not near home and youre not trying to drive and eat (We all know that doesnt always go so well because a pickle or ketchup ALWAYS drops on your shirt or lap) LOL.
