Hands down, one of the best local gems in Seal Beach! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a smile and top-tier service. Huge shoutout to Kevin at the register—his professionalism, warm energy, friendly personality and caring attention to detail always set the tone for a great experience. His customer service skills are unrivaled what a nice young man. Also want to give props to Noelia, Georgina, and Daniel, who always keep the line moving while still taking time to treat you like family. Gotta say The owners Alexa and Fernando may be young but they run a tight ship, very professional. They know what it takes to keep their team functioning at top efficiency, which in turn ensuring the customers always have a premium experience & leave happy, full, and looking forward to coming back the next time.

Now Let’s Talk FOOD!… The Arizona BBQ Fries are on a whole different level. Smoky, cheesy, packed with flavor, and perfectly portioned—every bite is a taste of heaven. Whether I’m starving or just craving something bold and delicious, these fries always hit the spot. However that is how I’d describe almost everything else I’ve tried on their amazing variety filled menu. Did I mention they serve breakfast all day!?

Behind the scenes, mi amigo The Master Chef Antonio is absolutely killin’ it in the kitchen, masterfully crafting every meal with passion and precision. Can’t forget chef Chencho who brings the heat too—these two are a dynamic duo that make magic happen. Jabon brings extra finesse, and special love goes to Mary Lou, whose premiere prep work keeps the quality on point—without her, the flavors just wouldn’t be the same.

The place is super clean—not just the dining area, but the bathrooms too! There’s always toilet paper, soap, and a clean mirror (which lowkey matters more than people care to admit lol).

Even during lunch or dinner rushes, the wait time is crazy fast—like, I blink and my food is ready. Every time I eat here, I leave full, satisfied, and knowing I got every penny’s worth and might even have a lil bit extra for take home.

After 50 years of consuming Mexican food and working as a prep cook for an Irish-Mexican restaurant in Chicago for about a year, I consider myself an excellent judge of outstanding Mexican cuisine. Yesterday, I decided to stop at "Burros and Fries " at 12420 Seal Beach Boulevard in Los Alamitos. I ordered an Enchilada Special and was totally blown away by the quality of the enchiladas, the enchilada sauce, the refried beans, and the rice. Price of the plate? $ 10,00. WOW. On my way out, I demanded to speak to the Mexican culinary expert ( Antonio) and had to shake his hand. The meal was excellent. I came here cause I was in the area for work and it was my lunch break and I’m glad I stopped by. There were two guys working the register whose names I didn’t catch but they were very friendly, great customer service. There was a small mix up with my burrito which was hilarious and these guys fixed my order with the quickness. I would definitely come back when I am back in the area for work.
