Let's talk about customer service. Well, it's like playing a game of roulette. Sometimes you'll encounter the friendliest and most helpful employees, while other times it feels like they're practicing their disappearing act. It's an adventure in itself, really. Just cross your fingers and hope for the best! The parking lot is where the real action happens. Brace yourself for some high-speed seniors tearing through the lanes like they're auditioning for the next "Fast and Furious" movie. You better watch out because they won't stop for anything—pedestrians, shopping carts, or even a free sample stand (that's a tragedy, really). Speaking of shopping carts, it's like Seal Beach Target is the final resting place for them. The elderly patrons seem to have a knack for leaving them scattered around the parking lot like a chaotic art installation. It's like a real-life game of "Avoid the Shopping Cart Obstacle Course." You may even find yourself tempted to join in and create your own cart maze. Now, let's address the Out of Stock dilemma. The app may tell you that your desired item is nowhere to be found, but don't lose hope just yet! Channel your inner explorer and physically check the shelves. Who knows, you might stumble upon a hidden treasure like the elusive 18-pack of Charmin Mega+ toilet paper. It's like finding the golden ticket in a sea of disappointment. Just remember to buckle up, dodge the shopping carts, and prepare for a wild ride. It's a place where seniors and shopping carts rule the roost, and you're just along for the hilarious adventure!

I came here yesterday in the evening with my daughter, was in the “ fridge coffee creamer section” looking for Chobani Pumpkin 🎃 Creamer as I read a few days ago Target will have it in stock, I was telling my daughter that the creamer was not in stock yet, out of nowhere one of your associates that was stocking near by, heard me and she said “we have it, I’ll go get it for you”, she came back with the creamer đŸ„č, made my day 💗, I should’ve got her name but she was the young female associate working in the fridge section stocking around 5-6pm. I worked several years in customer service and what she did for me was “going above and beyond” in customer service, your company needs to give her a raise and a promotion, she had a smile and looked so happy helping me. Target exceeded my expectations!!!! đŸ™ŒđŸ». Thank you!!

Going down hill; self check out seems to ALWAYS be closed; get there at 8:30 AM and one Teller with a line ~ 7 deep; one other Teller finally comes, opens but doesn’t AT LEAST ask next in line so now last person runs to that line while others continue to wait; don’t SEE a Mgr type directing anything
UPDATE; see photos of disorder - does anyone care?

Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk. Staff knowing allowed a customer to aggressively confront braas knuckles the gentleman of the cameras on the sidewalk and at no time tried to get security or the police involved in fact as customers came in they would encourage their customers not to be happy about the man filming which is basically setting a stage for a huge level lawsuit against Target. Bur had the nerve to send a lady out to this door to apologize to every customer walking in for the men standing on the public sidewalk But you have cameras in your doorway recording the sidewalk your cameras are all through the store recording the whole time I've been in a Target I've never heard y'all apologize filming me while I'm in your store sort of a hypocritical policy you have isn't it. Least if your girl was going to stand out or the whole time to watch them she could have healthy elderly man that said to her for at least three or four minutes trying to cross the crosswalk without any help she couldn't stop traffic. Of course her job was to stop the bad men with cameras while two policemen are on your lot arresting a guy for making threats with brass knuckles but she don't care about that she'd rather stand on her phone text take pictures of them and tell customers she's sorry they're being filmed. Maybe their priorities at your store is a little strewed. The beauty of the YouTube internet your stores entitlement will live forever not a good look...

WOULD HAVE RATED HIGHER BASED ON STORE LAYOUT AND INVENTORY, HOWEVER I HAD A MGR. NAMED "DERRICK" CALLED BACK TO ELECTRONICS TO VERIFY MY COMPANIES CHECK THAT WE USE FOR PURCHASES AT TARGETS AND OTHER RETAILERS, (YES CHEX OUTDATED AND AWKWARD) THEY ARE STILL VALID FORM OF PAYMENT, BUT DERRICK SEEMS TO THINK ERRONEOUSLY, THAT MY EMPLOYERS CHECKS ARE "COMPANY TRAVELERS CHECKS" (DO THOSE EVEN EXIST?) AND THEREFORE HAS MADE A BIG A-HOLE LIKE ORDEAL OVER THE FACT THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THESE, AND "DIDN'T I TELL YOU THIS BEFORE" (SORRY DAD I FORGOT IT WAS YOU THAT EMBARRASSED ME LAST TIME RIGHT HERE ALSO) JUST TRYING TO MAKE THE SAME PURCHASE I MAKE 5-7 TIMES A WEEK FOR MY EMPLOYER & THIS MGR. IS NOT ONLY INCOMPETENT ABOUT THE FORMS OF PAYMENT THAT HIS OWN EMPLOYER DOES INDEED ACCEPT (SINCE THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT THIS HAS EVER HAPPENED) BUT HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE DIFFERENCE IS BETWEEN A COMPANY CHECK, AND A TRAVELERS CHECK, WHICH TARGET BY THE WAY ACCEPTS BOTH JACK A*# ! BUT THE WORST IS THE MANNER IN WHICH HE HAS 2 TIMES NOW HANDLED THE SITUATION, LIKE A POMPOUS UNEDUCATED AND RUDE A#% HOLE, IN CASE I DIDN'T MAKE IT CLEAR ALREADY, STEER CLEAR OF THE TALL, LATE 20'S - EARLY 30'S, DARKER SKINNED, CLEAN CUT, MGR. NAMED DERRICK AT THIS LOCATION, HE WILL RUIN THE WHOLE...
