Went there for the first time tonight, food was great and everyone, except the very rude face tattooed lead, was very nice. My wife ordered a ceaser salad and asked if she could add chicken, person behind the counter said, sure but it will cost extra, we said no problem. The cashier asked the lead, how do I charge for that, she said we can’t. She then, rudely, said we don’t customize salads. I get that, totally fine. We asked, ok, what are you going to do with that salad? The lead said, throw it away, and she took it in the back. I then told the cashier, you guys don’t have to waste it, we’ll take it and to charge me something more or don’t, but don’t waste it. The cashier then said oh it won’t be wasted, the lead will take it home later and eat it. Strange. So we ordered a regular ceaser salad.
When or pizza was ready, the lead called me up and no salad. I simply asked if I could have my salad please. She shrugged with a disgusted look on her face hesitantly walked over the salad station, grabbed the already made salad and the walked to the back with it. 20 seconds later came back out putting the cover on and handed it to me. Not sure what an already made and covered salad need to go in the back for but sketchy in my book. My wife didn’t eat it. It felt strange to the both of us.
We love Blaze and we were pumped to have one so close to us. We will go back but not to this store until that person is no longer employed there. She is supposed to be the leader there and everyone else working tonight far exceeded her actions and customer service. She was rude, not presentable, and acted sketchy with my food. 5 stars for the rest of the employees tonight. This is a brand new store and you’re already losing business because of this person and I guarantee Were not the only ones to experience this with this person. If so, get ready for more bad reviews. If management wants to talk,...
Read moreA pretty poor excuse for a good pizza, in my opinion. The first time I ordered, about a month ago, all went well. The crust was medium-thick, and of a good consistency, the sauce was tasty, and everything else was well-proportioned. On balance, everything was good. This time, my experience was totally different. The crust was paper thin and the sauce was too sweet. It was so bad, in fact, that I ended up eating about half of it and threw out the rest! And this wasn't easy for me, since I'm a big pizza fan. Sorry to say, this will be my last experience with Blaze Pizza. This review was originally written about 3 months ago. I had to go in and reedit it...
Read moreThe pizza what's delicious with thin crust. It's made to order right in front of you. It's set up like a basic fast food restaurant so the dining area is very basic and not the most comfortable. They have an outside dining area which does not provide any shade, so no one was choosing to sit there. I will definitely be going back when I get a...
