I'm on a very limited diet currently, but pho is one of the few things I can still eat. I was super excited to dine out, but was hugely disappointed. The staff were friendly, but the service set up is seat yourself, come up to order, and then have food dropped off. It's not the waiter/waitress experience, so service is kind of limited, which is fine, but also doesn't warrant more than 3 stars. On to the food. I wish I had something good to say about the food. My husband got steak hibachi and was disappointed by both the lack of flavor and the price for the quantity of steak. I ordered bacon fried rice for my kids. Bacon is usually something I know they'll eat, but they both kind of shuffled the food around. I got the chicken pho. The broth was a mix of raw chicken flavor with salt and a weird sweetness I couldn't place. I took a bite of the chicken, it just tasted like it sat in the fridge too long soaking in its own juice. I picked all of the chicken out and ate noodles/ broth until the flavor won out over hunger and I just couldn't do it anymore. Also, on our way out of the establishment, we saw a fly trap sitting way too near to where we...
Read moreLet's start with it is good and I will be going back. I am a foodie. I love all good food. This is good food. I gave it 5 stars for being very good in an area that doesn't have much in the way of Asian food, let alone Phō. It would be about 3-4 stars if you were in a big city with a large Asian population. The food here is quite good considering it is in a small Midwestern Town. Don't expect gourmet, and you should be happy. Everything I tried was good. Their take on Phō was better than anyone else's around here. The Gyoza were tasty, and the sauce was good. I ended up with a table near the front and had a chance to see nearly everything that came out of the kitchen. I was pleasing impressed. Everything looked good. Items are freshly cooked, not a buffet. THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!! Service is based on table delivery of items ordered at the counter. Staff was friendly and helpful. I hope they succeed. I will be going back and trying...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pho Ever and More, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. Two standout items on their menu are the Combination Pho and the House Special Banh Mi Sandwich, both of which are absolute must-tries.
The Combination Pho is a bowl of perfection. The broth is rich, aromatic, and simmered to a depth of flavor that’s hard to find elsewhere. Packed with tender slices of beef, brisket, meatballs, and fresh herbs, every bite is comforting and satisfying. The noodles are cooked just right, and the balance of toppings is spot-on.
The House Special Banh Mi Sandwich is equally impressive. The baguette is freshly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s stuffed with a generous amount of flavorful meats, pickled veggies, fresh cilantro, creating the perfect harmony of...
