McDonald's — Restaurant in Searcy

went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. i had put four sauces on my order, and as i was doing my bag check after i left the window but before i left the parking lot, i realized i didn’t have any sauce (which would not have warranted this review by itself). i double check my bag just in case. pull back through to get my sauce, and when i pull up to the window, the girl manning the window is about to hand me my sauces when what im assuming to be a manager says to me “she said she put them in the bag.” and i tell her they aren’t in the bag. she says “well she said she put them in the bag.” so i then take everything out of my bag for the third time to show her that no, she did not put them in the bag. then i finally got my sauces. the sauces not being in there originally would not have caused me to make this review. the manager accusing me of lying about four mcdonald’s sauces is what did it. that’s unacceptable. i’m not going to go all the way back around in the drive thru for extra sauces. i just wanted what i ordered, but instead i got accused of lying. the girl at the window who was about to give me my sauces was very very...

I worked here for a little while. Well I’m only 16 years old so this was my first job and no license! Around the holidays I told them I could not work on holidays due to having no ride to work because I have no family other than my parents! Which they don’t trust me getting rides with others for personal reasons.My parents and my siblings (which are all younger than me) would go to our family’s house that is hours away! I’ve tired to tell them this weeks before the holidays would come around. Whenever Easter came around I’ve keep reminding The managers I could not work Easter and they ignored me! Then the day before Easter came which I worked that night and I told another manager that I couldn’t work and she told me that if I put on my application I could not work holidays then I didn’t have to! So Easter comes around and then I get a call from one the manager (Heather) I’ve been telling I could not work FOR WEEKS cussing my out calling my names while my mother was listening! Service was slow and the waitress was very rude. She threw a soggy bananna at me after I suggested she go faster in taking my order. She then proceeded to make suggestive comments about my mother. After informing the waitress of her recent death, she then proceeded to pull out a knife - the same from the murder scene of my mother. She said she had no regrets. I called the police but she had already run out the back door. I hopped in my sedan and gave chase. Rather stupidly, she ran down the middle of the road and I caught up in about a quarter mile. I hit her. I know it was wrong. I wish things could have gone differently - and yet I have no regrets. A small piece of my mind replays the violent, bloody collision over and over again; enjoying it. I hope, my son, as you grow older, you will forgive me. These chains and bars will hold me for many many more years. And with my respieration infection, these years grow shorter and shorter.
