Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Searcy

Yes last week on Saturday night at May 11 about 11 pm ,we order a pizza for my family at papa John’s pizza in Searcy,Ar on Main Street,I have ask if they deliver to my address and they said yes they do; when they ask me for my information I paid with my debit card and they ask for my name, and said it will be 40 minutes and hang up the phone. We waited until 1 am and no pizza was deliver ,when I call the pizza number back there was close, the next day on Sunday may the 12 , I call and ask for the manager and I ask for his name and didn’t give it to me and ask me what do you need ,, I try to explain what happen Saturday night and he left me talking to my self and the manager hang up the phone. I try to call back several times and no answer Today may 17 about 8 pm I stop by the papa John’s pizza and ask for the manager and he said what you need…I told him that I have. A complain about what happen last week and wanted the owners name or phone number I need it to talk to him, the manager stated to file a complaint and a very rude way but didn’t give me any information To who I need it to complain: the manager I ask for his name 5 times and refusing to give me his name and he said to leave the premises and have a good day. I believe when I gave my name to the order and my last name , wish I am Hispanic they cancel my order and the pizza was never deliver, I believe I was discriminated by papa John’s employees and I will be talking to the BBB Monday about...

The pizza was good I just found hair in my pizza box under one of the last two slices I had in the box I had another one in the box that I was going to eat but it had a hair on it I didn't care to be honest I mean it happens and I didn't know if it was my hair but it was small and light brown and I have brown hair so I put it aside and ate one that didn't have any hair on it and ik because I checked it really good then I ate it so I had one left and one with a small but noticeable hair on it so I naturally went to go eat the other one and as I went to go eat it I had stoped and notice the couple of piece and I looked at the pizza underneath of it and I had a couple pieces on it and I and I had not picked that peace up yet I was immediately disgusted by the fact that I might have ate hair that wasn't mine so I threw it away I really don't feel like digging through the trash to make a picture. We are the only people new at the address for the delivery. They deliver the pizza to the wrong address and to top it off they just left it in the lobby unattended! Driver said he knew where he left the pizza and would go back and get it and bring it to us. Called the store, spoke with “manager” Kyle who said he didn’t know what he wanted me to do. I told him make us a new pizza and deliver it to us. At that time I didn’t have the pizza the driver had not shown back up. He said he didn’t know what he could do that he felt like I would be getting a free pizza if he did that I told him I didn’t have the first pizza so I was not getting a free pizza.
