Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Searcy

I don't like posting negative reviews, but I fear this place is going to make someone sick. We stopped by tonight for a quick bite. Our order took what seemed like a long time, especially considering we were the only ones in the dining room. My kids ordered a Mr. Beast box and it only had 3 chicken tenders. I took it to the counter and they corrected that. I ordered the Cobb salad. The cucumbers were slimy, transparent, and there were chunks of ice on them. I took it back and asked for a new salad without cucumbers. They brought me a replacement that didn't have cheese or fried onions and had about two tomatoes. I took it back to the counter to show them and requested my money back because I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it for a second time. The lady at the counter said "I'll give you some cheese". When I told her I wanted my money back, the assistant manager told me she'd refund it and apologized. I appreciate that it was handled, but the amount of time we waited and the fact that not only did we not initially get the food we paid for, but the veggies they served in the salad were ROTTEN is ridiculous. We won't ever be back. They said the guy in the kitchen was new, which may be true, but it isn't all his fault - who trained him? Who else saw the food before it made it to our table? If he's new, who is making sure the food is prepared correctly and is safe to consume besides the customer? Lots of failures...

First time visiting and will not be a second time. From walking through the door was nothing but negative vibes. Didnt even get as much as a "hello welcome to zaxbys"....simply a stare of what I feel was a way of saying "its 915 PM what the hell do you want?" My family even went so far as saying to the lady "this is our first time here. Not sure what to get get!" ....her response? A STARE of disgust! I could go on and on. But to sum it up......the workers were extremely RUDE! made us feel nothing short of an inconvenience. Even tho my nephew spent 70 bucks at your establishment. The food WAS good. WILL give youTHAT.. HOWEVER, so is McDonald's. And the service, atmosphere , VIBE IS MUCH BETTER AND PUTS ZAXBYS TO SHAME!! WILL DEFINITELY BE SPREADING THE WORD. P.s. the workers in what you call a kitchen were SO LOUD goofing around horseplaying that it actually SCARED my 2 yr old great NEPHEW to the point of he wouldn't eat due to the fact that he was too busy keeping his eyes on your "workers " ....he legit was scared! On our way out the door the manager was behind us. Locking the doors. Without one word to us. Not even as much as a "have a good night" or "come back soon!"..... this place is BY FAR THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO EAT! THAT'S PRETTY DISGUSTING! TO...

Worst zaxbys I've ever been too. Today I learned that you dont get a small, medium, or large... you get 3-5 ozs.... so when your large fry is only half of the container it comes in, dont bother asking for more bc they weighed them be sure you got 5oz of fries... and definitely no more. The last time I came here, about 3 months ago approximately, I ordered some fried mushrooms, had to turn around and go right back because they were still frozen, even though the outside was dark brown and over crunchy. Not sure how often they clean their fryers and change the oil but I can promise you it's not very often. And if that wasnt all awesome enough the time prior to that my wife came through and was treated absolutely horribly but the window employee, bad enough that she filed a complaint with the manager and he in fact told her this was not that girls first complaint. He did let her go shortly thereafter. Zaxbys is probably my favorite fast food chicken, so it really sucks that the one in my town is the most horribly managed franchise I've ever been too, hands...
