EDIT AT END!!I spent $88 today on products that I ended up having an issue with. Eventhough all Sales are Final and they can not do refunds, the employee (Rio) went Above and Beyond to help me!! He called the owner and explained the situation and the owner let him give me Store Credit! I spent about 3 hours in the shop just hanging out and talking with Rio!! It was absolutely the BEST experience I could have asked for!! I wasn't really expecting anything by going back. I just wanted to let them know the issue so that they could avoid further complaints by other customers!! This will FOREVER be my go-to smoke shop after today!! Anytime Rio is working when i come in, I will make sure to tip him!! He deserves every bit of it!! I would also like to add that the owner is a good person!    Read moreK&S smoke shop has been my favorite place to grab all my smoking needs from . for the past 3 years since i found out about the establishment , every worker is kind and welcoming and very helpful and friendly . not one time can i recall a bad experience at K&S smoke shop . The owner is a very polite and treats everybody with respect and honesty witch is why i’ve K&S has been my main place to grab my smoking needs from for the past 3 years . Rio , an employee at K&S is also a very good example of why i keep coming back as he is very much fit for his job and has never let me down to help me find whatever i need within the shop , costumer service is 100% shoutout...
   Read moreUPDATE: Today when I went in to buy something, the woman got what I was wanting from the display case. When I asked to look at it, I was told rather rudely "Don't touch it". What a rude thing to say to a customer. I bought the item anyways, but will rethink any further purchases from this store especially if she is working. I hear of so many businesses these days that are struggling to stay open or have already closed. Every customer is valuable no matter the dollar amount they are spending. I'm going to spend my money anyways, but why make even 1 customer unhappy? The store employees are generally pretty friendly....
