Blazing Bagels — Restaurant in Seattle

I ordered ahead of time. The wait time was thirty. minutes. for a bacon egg and cheese. I called - asked if they were swamped and they said they could help me out, putting my bagel at the front of the line. SUPER NICE. but then my wait time was still 30. minutes. If they had said there’s nothing they can do - so be it. But they OFFERED THAT - and I still waited. When I asked for status updates they just said “they’re working on it” without telling me where my order was at. I am not one to be a Karen or freak out, esp if they’re busy - but when I tell you this place had LOTS of open space - girl. I was in there and people had ordered, gotten their bagels, sat down, eaten and left. It would’ve been better if I had just waited in line at that point! And at the end of it all - when my order was ready IT WAS WRONG. And better yet it was a cheaper bagel. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese - $10 and I got a bagel with cream cheese. Services is terrible for online ordering. I've had to wait 20 plus minutes three separate times when my order has been ready and sitting on the counter. I walk in and ask for my order and if it's ready at the pickup counter I get told that it will be another 10 minutes. I sit down even though I see a bag that looks like my bag, I wait 20 minutes and then I have to go up and ask again for my order. I get told a few more minutes and then after 10 more minutes I go up again and ask if that's my order to a different person. The person checks the bag and it turned out it was my order sitting there the entire time. This is happened multiple times and it really shows that there's no organization nor care for customers. It's frustrating cuz the bagels are pretty decent but with how terrible the services I wouldn't recommend going here. Just Go to a local bagel shop that isn't swamped with people and won't take advantage...

35 minute wait for a small order (2 items). On a Sunday. Okay bagel - but Einstein’s is better. Was told that the pastrami sandwich would be warm, and I got a cold one. Maybe they’d be better if they weren’t busy, but this was my first time and I am incredibly turned off. EDIT: Went a second time during off-peak hours to give it a second shot. Monday morning 9:55 AM. There were just two people ahead of me (with very simple orders), and I didn’t get my bagel until 15 minutes later. They had at least 5 employees too.
