Pinkaew Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Seattle

I’ve ordered from Pinkaew for years and it used to be excellent. Sadly things have deteriorated. I ordered pineapple fried rice for take out and it contained NO PINEAPPLE. I called the restaurant and they said they’d remake it (no refund), but when I came to get it they wanted the wrong order returned, so they could pick through it and look if there really was no pineapple! I had already looked through the entire dish and it really had NO pineapple. The chef simply forgot. But they had to make a big deal about it, not believing me. I’d ordered this from them many times before, and I know what it is supposed to be. Also, we ordered Pra Ram vegetables, and the peanut sauce was so watery you could hardly taste it. Maybe the fact that half the container was filled with cabbage, it watered it down. The vegetables were hardly cooked — they were all crunchy and raw. The server, whose name was Mi/ Mee, a middle aged lady without glasses, was EXTREMELY rude to me and my family. She cursed us when we said we wanted change the table, and then pretended to not hear us when we were asking for ordering. She never refilled any water for us, and was very rude to me when I only gave 10% tips for her service when I mentioned that to her. My friend, who bought takeaway once in a while at that place, also mentioned that Mi lady was really rude and arrogant. The place used to be good, a few year back then, until that lady showed up. Used to love the food at this place the food is great, customer service is not good at all. I ordered Pra Ram noodles and when I got my food it didn’t have noodles. Called them to explain what happened and they tried to tell me the noodles in Pra Ram NOODLES cost extra. If I’m going to order Pra Ram noodles it should include noodles. They tried to tell me I ordered wrong. I went back and asked them to remake my food and when I opened the remade box, it was just noodles and peanut sauce. They refused to remake the entire meal for me they just threw noodles in a new box and thought that was good enough. I am outraged. Never going...
