The “OMG this is a hidden gem!” place!

I can’t love this place enough. It must be an addiction to daily visit for those close by. I’m sad and happy I’m very far from Mainstay Provisions; sad it’s too far I can’t often come and happy it’s too far because I’m saving a bunch as distance prevents me from frequenting it. Awesome! Staffs are amazing. Aaron as the first young man you will meet to inquire “is this okay to park here?”, he throws his marvelous smile “yes of course!” answer at you already welcoming you there and there. I had a Cob salad, a chocolate cookie 🍪 and a regular latte. To my surprise, the freshness and taste of everything was nothing less than excellent. The smooth luxury sip of the latte would make you want more. I strongly recommend owners of the establishment to consider setting foot at Seatac Airport where mediocre restaurants would force hungry passengers to line up while paying exorbitantly high price. With the quality of items (variety of wines by the bottle, greatly arranged pantry, to go options) and great service Mainstay Provisions present, they can run a “by booking” only business. Well, I’m planning to visit them again with friends to see if they can repeat the same service again. Down side: Parking, parking, space, space, location location…. Added some pictures of...

The McMainstay Muffin is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in ages - even better than Mas Cafe (even though they're totally different cuisines). I was so excited to eat it that I didn't even take a picture. Everything looked like it was made in house, even the English muffins. The patty was juicy and flavorful, the sauce a perfect compliment to the drippy egg - so good. This might be my favorite brunch spot in Seattle so far, and it's relatively affordable.

I also loved the cranberry pistachio chocolate chip cookie which is unique and delicious. I want to try everything in their bakery, it all looked good!

Excellent service, and the casual but modern vibes are immaculate. Be aware that seating might be limited during peak times.

Cheap, fast, and good are very hard to come by and this place nails all of them. It's too easy to drive by without giving it a second thought. Definitely...

I absolutely adore Mainstay Provisions.

As a cafe, they've got a nice breakfast menu besides the regular coffee, tea and pastries. I had a McMainstay Breakfast Sandwich which has fried egg, sausage and cheddar cheese. It tasted simply delicious. The egg is freshly made (not pre-scrambled), the cheddar cheese is melted and blends with the egg yolk, and the sausage patty, oh the sausage patty, it tastes like real meat, unlike the mass-produced frozen stuff you get everywhere else. I absolutely love it. The other time I had egg scrambles, again everything was excellent.

There are some seatings in the indoor patio area that opens completely to the street, the vibe is just great.

Part of the shop is also a grocery store with a well-curated selection of wines and pantry items. I found my favorite Stamp Act coffee beans here, and cheaper than at the coffee shop where I used...

I'm not being dramatic when I say I could spend all day here. This spot is a coffee shop/ cafe/ grocery store that has everything I could ask for on a slow day off from work such as sandwiches, pizza, wine, tons of cooking ingredients, and of course coffee. They use Caffe Ladro for espresso but also sell some bags of my favorite local roasters like Boon Boona and Stamp Act. Today I got an espresso macchiato which had a solid amount of acidity and some pleasant tropical fruit notes, along with a corned beef sandwich which had a beautiful amount of sauerkraut. The design was very modern and featured a large garage door which really opened up the space. Could've used more comfortable seating but the stools were better than nothing. Overall, this is a comfortable spot with comforting food and relaxing atmosphere.

Great spot, I wish I lived closer. The breakfast sandwiches are already famous and indeed, they are really good. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, it's 10 bucks with tax but hey, this is Seattle, this is inflation. The people are super friendly, the coffee is good, the market has all kinds of stuff including this Aleppo pepper by Villa Jerada that is absolutely delicious. I put it on my sammich and it was divine. It can get really packed in there, and sometimes seating is hard to find and there's a wait but those are minor issues. Overall, a super nice place that I usually can't resist when I'm in the area.
