as far as the patty itself - i thought the exterior was nice and cooked well. Unfortunately, I didn’t really feel any of the ‘spices’ that they claim to have marinated this in - there was a little bit of flavor but really just tasted like grilled chicken i could make at home. There was no spiciness to the patty at all. It was a bit too cooked too - i thought it could’ve been more juicy I thought the buns were average - they didn’t seem to be toasted well if at all - and didn’t really have a crunch like you’d associate with a well toasted bun The onions really came through in the burger - adding a really nice texture, and they combined with the pickles to replace some of the missing flavor from the patty The cheese was above average as well The good thing about the sauce was there was a lot of it. The bad thing is that it really didn’t add anything except being slightly sweet and softening up the burger buns a bit. A better sauce would’ve improved the buns a lot Lastly, the Oreo Shake. I thought this was fantastic - there were clearly a ton of blended oreos in. It wasn’t as thick as I would’ve liked - felt more like a liquid - but you could really feel the oreo flavor with every sip. The best part was the end - when there were just a bunch of half-blended oreos sitting at the bottom and you had to eat them with a spoon because the straw wouldn’t suck them up as far as portion size - i was pretty full after eating, but that might be more due to the shake than the burger. Probably a little overpriced. In my opinion, the grilled chicken burgers should be cheaper than the beef ones overall: this was a solid option if you’re looking for a healthy burger, and had a decent but not special shake - so ill give it a 7.5/10

Good burgers. Kinda dirty but not exactly a hole in the wall. Would've given 4 stars, but apparently only the manager can pour beer. Meaning when that person is on break, you cant order any beer and apparently this person's breaks are 1 hour long... weird. Maybe think about getting more people a MAST permit? EDIT Well I got my food in a bag at my table. I paused and must've given a look. The girl asked if I wanted it for here - I said yes. Her reply? "Oh Sorry" and then just walked off. Irritating but damn was i hungry so i tucked in. First bite... tasted a bit different then I expected. Open it up and all of the condiments/ ingredients I asked to have left off of the burger were all squarely between the buns. No big deal normally, but coupled with the apathy around operations in this restaurant I was staring over the precipice of where my patience ended. At this point I put my burger down and walked out. Won't be coming back and I'd advise you don't either.

TL;DR good burgers, good shakes, little pricey in a nice cozy space I've had burgers here a few years ago and was impressed with it, so I decided to stop by here for a quick bite. I got a cheeseburger, something nice and simple, to see if it would be well made. You can ask how you want it cooked, which is nice. Wait time was about 10 mins. The burger was average to be honest. The meat was cooked like I wanted, the vegetables felt fresh and crunchy, the sauce was good, but overall there didn't feel like there was any pop to the flavor. A very average burger, although I suppose I did order just a cheeseburger. It was a decent size and price ($7). I also tried a strawberry shake, which was pretty good. Creamy and a little sweet, but about $5 for a 12 oz. Restaurant was overall clean and lots of dining space. I would recommend this place for a quick burger and shake fix. Cheers.

TLDR: FRESH BURGERS! Get a shake for fun. The best burger joint in Seattle!

Typical fast food joint feel but with quality food. This place makes burgers from Red Robin cry. Menu is behind the register on the wall and is pretty straight forward.

Service: order and pay and the register. If dining in, they will hand you a number and you seat yourself--food will be delivered to you. Ask for a water cup and water yourself. Napkin dispensers located on the walls.

Hawaiian Burger: SO FRESH! The lettuce and pickles were so crunchy and crisp. The bun was nice and didn't squash when I held it. Loved the flavor balance of the pineapple, teriyaki sauce, and pepper jack cheese.

Salmon Burger: not really a fan of the salmon and cheese combo. The bun was so light it was almost like a croissant. Salmon was not really what I was expecting and looked and tasted like chicken? The freshness of the veggies was at least refreshing though.

Hand cut Fries: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and has some skin. Yum! Careful though, one side is enough to share for two!

Tater Tots: slightly over cooked and oily on the inside but crispy on the outside. Not much falcon on their own.

Strawberry Milk Shake: MAN is this stuff thick! I had trouble drinking it out of a straw. Rich and creamy and tasty but hard to drink! Tastes a tad artificial.

Mango Lassi: yogurt, milk, and mango. VERY sweet. Mango taste like champagne mangos. Not artificially flavored...

Such a disappointment. My husband and I rented a nice hotel room and decided to try UberEats for the first time. Scrolled through the hotel magazine and decided on Rain City Burgers. Ordering with app was easy. Got our food. Both burgers had wilted lettuce and soggy bread. One burger was supposed to have added onion rings (additional charge) and did not. Second burger was supposed to be added avocado (additional charge) and the avocado was brown and mushy. We also requested ranch and ketchup which didn't show up and a large coke was also missing. We instantly followed a few help topics on the UberEats app and send feedback. I also called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. I was told he was not there and would be tomorrow. The lady took my name and number and said she'd make sure he'd call me the next morning first thing. The following morning I had a few responses from UberEats and was refunded the cost of one burger and an additional $4. So $15 total. My bill was $36. We didn't eat our burgers and couldn't even drown the soggy fries in ketchup and wash it down with a soda because we didn't have either of those. It has now been 2 days and I have not heard back from the restaurant. I gave them an opportunity to make it right before writing...
