I order delivery from here about once a month and would highly recommend them. Today I ordered $82.20 worth of food. One of the items was white spaghetti and the website menu says it comes with feta, olive oil, basil, garlic, parmesan, and mizithra cheese. My dish came with no feta, no basil, no garlic, and no parmesan. When I called to let them know about the lack of ingredients the person on the phone went to ask the cook about it and told me that's how it is prepared now. Witch I thought was weird, that they would have all these ingredients missing from the dish as advertised on the menu. When I wanted a refund on the dish the person was very irritated with me and reluctant to give me a credit on the dish.

I would normally give them a four to five star review but am disappointed that they would tell me that that's how they make it now and it clearly is not what I ordered from the menu. It was missing 4 out of the 7 total ingredients in the dish. They reluctantly and rudely with sighs gave me a credit for the dish but we will see the next time I order. SO FYI ACCORDING TO STAFF AND THE CHEF: IF YOU ORDER THE WHITE SPAGHETTI THEY DO NOT PREPARE IT WITH THOSE INGREDIANTS AS STATED ON THE MENU. IT ONLY COMES WITH SPAGHETTI, MIZITHRA CHEESE...

I barely leave a bad comment unless I face some unbearable situation. The manager and staff ( not them all though) are the rudest customer service I’ve ever met. I didn’t even taste food there , so I can’t judge the quality of food, but the customer service I experienced was shameful for their business. I’m a full time student who deliver food sometime paying my bills . Once I had to pick up food from this place . When I got there the food wasn’t ready yet . I asked them how long would it take till the food gets ready . They told me in a-bit . Fast forward that a-bit took about 20 minutes . I asked one of the staff that I need to talk to manager, and her attitude was the worst thing ever . The manager( owner ) came to talk to me , I just wanted to let him Know that his staff could have let me known earlier that food wouldn’t get ready fast instead of lying ( which they truly knew how long would it take ) , and I could make more money instead of wasting my time there . He was not even listening to me and he was just rudely trying to convince me I’m wrong and at the end he threw me 20 $ , which I returned it right away , but I decided sharing my experience here . They may learn how to treat their costumes or whoever is there in...

The Good: Caesar Salad, definitely. The best I've had in a long time. Classic Combo pizza, and the house special pizza. The BBQ ribs are exquisitely delicious. Free with orders over $29.99. Normally $10 on their own. Worth it. I did not care for the cheese sticks. Mine were cold in the middle and they had no real flavor. Probably the worst I've had in my life. The Cannelloni: not recommended. Way too much sauce a just an oogey mess. The Baked Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti: absolutely. Delicious, although I always order mine with half the sauce. The Tiramisu: to die for. You can't order a whole "pie" or cake as such. They make them one at a time, either plated (indoors?) or boxed (4" x 3" x 2") for $8.00. Out-of-this world delicious. Forget the diet. It's a free-calorie dessert (the way it should be). Overall, I would recommend Soprano's out of the others I've tried in the past decade or so--better than say, Jet City, Serious Pie, Pagliacci's, Domino's, Little Caesar's or Papa Murphy's. The only pizza I've had better is Godfather's, and they are long gone, relegated to the...

My Pizza Featured: Create your own thin crust Gluten Free(GF) 12” - with Added Goats Cheese, Pepperoncini Peppers, and Pepperoni. (Ask for it well done) This pizza is perfect and Spas (manager) is a delight. His team is skilled to listen, take action, and make sure that as a customer you really feel heard. We both recommend you get off the apps and just give this place a call. They make one of the best GF pizzas in town. If you don’t know what to get...Try my featured pizza! Great selection Quality ingredients Fast and friendly service During the 2019 COVID pandemic. This small business did customer service right. Now they have a friend and customer in me and my friends for as long as they keep making pizza. Thank you Spas and Team. A job well done.

This place keeps things simple in the best way. The Caesar salad is fresh and straightforward, a crisp lettuce, light but flavorful dressing, and crunchy croutons that do their job without stealing the show. The pizza is solid and satisfying. The crust has a nice chew, the sauce is tangy, and the toppings are well portioned. It’s not trying to be over the top, just a good, reliable pie that hits the spot when you’re in the mood for pizza night. The atmosphere is relaxed, cozy, easygoing, with friendly service and fair prices. Nothing flashy, but it’s the kind of neighborhood spot you can count on for a casual meal that leaves you content. We shared a small salad, large pizza with 2 beers for $60. A dependable choice for a Caesar and pizza combo.
