Sunsets from Here are spectacular, thus the parks namesake. Some dude tried to off himself years ago, by driving his car over the edge. He failed. Good thing he drove off in the wrong spot and the trees stopped him. Lucky dude I don't know what makes a guy want to go out that way?the old drive over a cliff...

I used to hop the fence and slide down some very steep trails to a huge rope swing on the bluff there. Snakes and lizards used to live there but not anymore. One o f the best veiws of north puget sound, south Whidbey Island, the oil tanks at Richmond Pointe. Is that the name of it?
