Drinks taste standard and good for the most part. But I have NO idea where they found the staff that work here (namely the several young females) they are all extremely disrespectful, and give off the most unwelcoming demeanor you can imagine (to include eye rolling)… I brushed it off as they’re just having a bad day, but nope, consistently every single visit I am met with rudeness, and they seem to have no qualms at all about sharing how much they hate their job.

I ordered & paid for bag of coffee via the app, it said to go to pickup window or drive through. Rode bike up the road to the store but they refused to give me the coffee because I biked rather than drove. No way to enter store, they said the pickup window & drive through are the same! Store said they will only serve vehicles and they do not consider a bicycle to be a vehicle. City requires I bike on road with cars since bicycle is considered vehicle. City is serious about bike's being vehicles, I have a friend who received speeding ticket while biking and another who got a DUI (same breathalyzer test tho on bike, not car). Read moreI've been coming to this Starbucks for years. Since 2012 in fact. I've experienced nothing but great staff of enthusiastic partners and competent leadership on their teams. Mistakes happen: that is uninteresting. What matters is that they make it right and don't argue or condescend when things happen. THAT is the hallmark of great customer service, and this location practices that daily. They do a good job of making sure they have good orders to minimize running out of supplies (which is tough since they are so busy and popular). My only regret is that I am moving away soon and am very much going to miss these folks here. I hope I get treated as well in my new locations as I do...
