I visited this establishment during a power outage, which caused their card payment system to be down. During the transaction, they rounded up the amount so that they didn’t give me change. I had to make two transactions because my family wanted another item after I made the first one.

After I left the store, they followed me to my car and claimed that I underpaid them. They demanded that I give them more money even though I told them the total and the amount I paid. This wouldn’t be possible since I was actually giving them more money because they were rounding up.

The food was not very flavorful and the service was poor.

Horrible, very bad taste in customer service. Visited on March 10, 2024 at 1:30pm. I ordered a pound of the stuffed tofu from the hot foods counter. The cashier/server (a latina girl who looks to be in her early teens, with very little English) packed it in a produce bag. I asked if she could place it in a food tray and she said no. I asked her "why?" She mumbled, "it for something else." I repeated nicely that I wanted the food to be packed in a food container tray since it's a hot food. She replied, "No!"
